Great gluten free selection! I don’t think all gluten free choices are listed on their online menu. I was able to order gluten free chicken fried rice for lunch take out and it was delicious! Of course, my favorite are the gf lettuce wraps. Super friendly service too.

Oh man, this place is such a guilty pleasure for me. I love authentic Asian food, and this is anything but. That being said, it is the best Pad Thai I’ve had to date, and I’ve tried several. The spicy Szechuan beef is good as well(I usually steal some of my husband’s and add it to my tofu pad thai) and the ginger beer is good as well when you get a person who knows how to make it properly(otherwise it is ridiculously syrupy and sweet). The portions are large and the staff is friendly. All in all I can’t complain, and if you come here knowing it is an Americanized version of Asian cuisine then you won’t be disappointed.

We generally go for lunch because the portions are just right, the prices are lower so we can add salad, soup, whatever. I like PF Chang’s very much. They do not use MSG and offer gluten-free options. This location is consistently good, the wait staff is excellent and we always have a positive experience. I especially love and recommend their Mongolian beef — it’s very, very good.

Their shrimp with honeydew, lemon sauce & nuts sounds crazy but it is fabulous!!! Also, you will NOT be disappointed with the Mongolian beef or the lettuce wraps! Get plenty of tasty sauces too! YUM!

We had a problem picking up our take-out order from PF Changs. The person at the counter was unprofessional asking my wife if she wanted her change back, and there were also many requested sauces missing from the bag. I called up to inform the manager what had occurred, and she immediately apologized. She also sent me a written apology along with a $ 45 gift card to my address. I didn’t complain to get something for free, but it was excellent customer service and I plan on coming back to PF Changs because of Amanda(I think that was her name). Great job taking care of a bad situation.

My family and I love this PF Chang’s! We go here regularly and always have excellent food, drinks and service. We even bring our five year old oftentimes and she loves the honey chicken, which is surprising since she is a picky eater. We regularly chose this place over most locally owned restaurants.

Love the food here, I will go for their fried green beans and whatever the sauce is that comes with them. It’s so good. The restaurant itself is nice and usually doesn’t have too much of a wait. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They have a really big menu with a lot of options. Their sushi isn’t that great, but their egg drop soup is really good, as are more of their entrees.

We hadn’t been in a long time & we know how busy this place can get, so we arrived about 5 p.m. We were seated right away. We ordered wine & when our server returned she wanted to take our order. We told her we didn’t want to be rushed(since the past few times we’ve eaten there we are still having soup when our main course arrives). She assured us that it wouldn’t happen & timing was perfect. Everything was hot in temperature & tasty. It’s too bad we think this is one of the only decent places for Asian food in town; we just wish it was closer to downtown or the Westside!

This is the second time I visit this location; for friends parties I am invited to. I was not too impressed the first time, this second time did not surprise me either. I have to say that it does have some good points. As many mentioned, the staff is absolutely darling. Our waitress was very personable and made small talk with us all evening. I give her 5 stars :) They do take reservations, for groups, which seems to be getting harder in the springs. What has a big group to do for special occasions? Anyhow. I disgress. They are also OPENLATE, which is another big pointer, as most restaurants close around 10pm. WHAT??? lol I ordered what to me sounded like the most intriguing dish on the menu: ‘Coconut Curry Vegetables’(I added chicken). I was expecting something like a Panang Thai Curry(which I love) well it was not. It was the yellow American curry from the grocery store. I ABSOLUTELYIT :((I wish I would have known that they meant yellow curry, but it is what it is. It was totally flavorless as well… despite the ‘yellow stinky curry’ there was not much else going on for the dish. Not even salt. Boo-hoo. The best decision of the night was to order the strawberry cucumber limeade. OMG that was perfection! Not too sweet, not too cucumbery, it was so refreshing and I kept going back for more. I believe that’s the best thing on their menu! ;-) So overall, I may come back(if I am invited by friends) but I def will not put this restaurant in my short list of ‘best of COS’. For sure. I can see why it may appeal to some; the décor is nice, it’s a large restaurant(so chances are, even sans reservations, you will find a spot without too long of a wait) but I still tend to gravitate more around mom’s and pop’s places. Chains are not my thing.

Wow what a horrible experience is all I can say, I was visiting Colorado Springs from Washington, DC and decided to stop at one of my favorite restaurants service was ridiculously slow took us 20 minutes before being asked what we would like to drink and our waiter came back to the table 3 times to check on us in an hour food was spot on compliments to the chef but the service and customer service was flat out unacceptable

If you haven’t been to PF Changs recently you should! Great happy hour menu at the bar until 7. We had a few of the new items to include the Jicama Street Tacos that were amazing. Great bartender was super attentive and not stingy with wine pours. Could be our new midweek hangout!

Colorado Springs is a dead town for foodies and as a New Yorker in exile I suffer greatly. It is franchise hell out here. PF Changs is usually a constant among chains and a pleasant experience is predictable. Though my server Sarah was amazing the food was actually gross. I ordered the newly touted Kaleidoscope Roll which advertised sushi grade Ahi of which I could only find amounts the size of a pencil eraser head. The presentation was horrible and didn’t even take up a third of the plate. The paper wrapping tasted like, well, paper. Man I regretted this experience so bad. I was in a business meeting and they were paying so I had to sit there, smile and fake it when all I wanted to do was drag the manager over and ask them what kind of kitchen they are running to have no pride and allow a plate to leave the kitchen looking and tasting like that! 1 star because they don’t have a zero star.

My boyfriend and I went during lunch time on a Sunday, not crowded at all and we were sat right away. Restaurant was clean, atmosphere open and inviting. I ordered Pad Thai(Can’t go wrong). It was good and a nice large portion, lots of tofu and the perfect amount of cilantro, yum! We got some drinks and then some dessert to go. The flourless chocolate dome is rich but sooo worth it. Comes with some berries and a raspberry sauce, definitely check it out if you feel like treating yourself! Our server was very friendly, attentive and even double checked dietary restrictions — awesome!

Ordered the lettuce wraps and hot and sour large soup. The large soup is enough for 4 people(there were only 2 of us). It was good. Chicken lettuce wraps were also good. Restaurant was crowded and the parking lot was a mess(what’s new there?). This location, like all others I’ve been to, offers serviceable(not great, not bad, just servicable) Chinese food. As such I don’t really know why they’re all so crowded.

Love PF Changs… Always have but our favorite waitress is Aubrey. So knowledgable and kind. Try the new menu items when you go in. Or stay with the lettuce wraps. Fried rice and sweet and sour chicken like I do

I’m not sure I can ever eat standard Chinese takeout again! This was my first trip to ANYPF Chang’s in the world and I was not disappointed. We made a reservation for a Friday night and that was a smart move because this place was packed the entire time we were there. When we arrived we looked over the menu and waiter pointed out the menu for 2 for $ 40 and that was a steal. We ordered and extra order of lettuce wraps(AMAZING) so that brought our bill up a bit but it was still a great bargain and we left full. Everything we had was amazing. From the lettuce wraps to the rice, they did it right! Everything was high quality and tasted amazing. I am not normally a chain restaurant guy, but PF Chang’s is the exception. Make a reservation because this location is nestled into a busy shopping district in Colorado Springs.

Bad Review on food only. Salty green beans. Disgusting flavor on the shrimp with lobster sauce. It has eggs in it. Stick with the most popular dishes; lettuce wraps, beef Mongolian. Korean BBQ chicken was a bit bland. Excellent customer service which gave them 2 stars out of 5 for entire experience.

P.F. Chang’s is what it is, wherever it is… One of the great things about this P.F. Chang’s is their ability to seat groups, usually without a horribly long wait. It’s exactly what we needed this last Sunday. And, they were pleasant about it. Orange peel chicken or sesame chicken is my favorite thing to order here. Dependable fare. :)
