We needed a new hot water heater as soon as possible, so we checked with HVAC Solutions. They had previously helped us with a furnace problem. An appointment was made for the next day (Feb. 5, 2016). They informed us 30 minutes before arriving, and they were on time. The tech finished draining the broken water heater and quickly removed it (saving further damage). A second worker arrived with parts plus the brand new unit. Total time — maybe two hours — and we had warm then hot water. There’s nothing I like better than great customer service and first class professional work. I got both. This business gets a strong recommendation. We will update if there are any problems with the inspection.

I called around to get a company to come out and install our brand new AC, furnace and humidifier and several said they wouldn’t because we didn’t buy from them and other said they wouldn’t be available for a month! HVAC Solutions came out and within a week we had it all installed and it passed inspection the first time! Not only did we pass but the inspector said it was the best install he had seen in all his years! We are extremely pleased with their customer service and experience. Highly recommend them! We worked directly with Jason and he was very professional and courteous.
