My experience at «Tom’s» is quite the opposite of Jody R’s. I’ve always had really good luck with the plants at Morning Glory. It’s the Home Depot plants that died on me this year. Tom is the most helpful person I’ve ever found at a garden center, and I love the Teenage Dream Crew. Great bunch of kids… who are getting older.
I admit, I don’t do all my flower shopping at Morning Glory, because it is a little pricey. But I swear they’ve got the best impatiens in town, and a lot of other fun stuff that can’t be found anywhere else. The petunias are particularly adorable this summer, and they’re thriving on my porch. Every year, we’ve ordered lemon thyme from them… this year I got it somewhere else, and it died. I’ll be back next year.
