Management does not care about disturbances neighbors cause. You will be asked to move, not the ones causing the disturbance. Any place that treats customers like this is one I do not go back to.

Enjoyed our stay. The hotel is basic but very clean. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kathy, the breakfast host was super sweet. The location is right off the freeway for easy access to sights. The pool is saline which, I think is better than chlorine but does have a salty aspect to it. Overall, a nice, basic hotel for a family on a budget.

I give it a 2 stars both of which are for the maid service, which are some of the friendliest maids and do a very good job at cleaning the rooms and making sure everything is back in order, which I loved!!!(thanks cleaning/room staff you were all great!). Then it gets worse, so our drive was 16 hours and we get there, get our room and already the door locks didn’t work, so we spent about 30 mins going back and forth with the front desk, all for them to tell us that they were going to lock it with the master key and we had to go to the front desk every time to get in our room until the GM could look at it. That was fine we thought it was gonna be a simple door lock issue, nope, maintenance couldn’t get it fixed until the 3rd day of our trip, So they gave us a new room. Ugh, this new room was not as nice as our first room, and our view of the mountains for our honeymoon was taken over by a wall… the room sure was clean though! The pools were something else, I’m not sure how pools are now since it’s been a long time since I’ve been swimming, but the water was salty(went down under water and it got in my mouth, eeww!) which made me think that it wast cleaned right, the hot tub had hair and stuff floating around in it, not just like one or 2 but a build up… I will never ever stay at this fairfield EVERAGAIN

Solid 3 from the Marriott brand. Bed was clean and comfortable. Could use some updates in the bathroom but overall a good place close to the Air Force Academy to rest our weary bones after our Wyo Cowboys won against the Falcons.

I have definitely experienced better Fairfiled Inns than this, and if I was not crazy about getting Marriott rewards points I would not be staying here. I was here on business and had five nights at the hotel. The staff here are very friendly when you can find them. I have come in and out of the hotel many times and there is rarely anyone at the front desk. They are all in the back room behind the front desk completing some task like the laundry. The walls in the room are paper thin so you hear lots of noise. Many nights I had to turn on some music to distract me from hearing the elevator door open and shut, and all the people talking in their rooms. They also lose a star for their attempt at a hot breakfast buffet. They obviously do not have any cooking facilities, so they take the precooked food products like egg and sausage and put them in steam warmers and turn them on high until the product comes up to temp. The oatmeal is obviously made in the warming container and every morning I tried to get oatmeal it was still trying to cook. Guess what, that warming container is not designed to replace a stove. There is also no microwave in the room or in the eating area, so if you have some leftover dinner from the night before that you want to enjoy, you can not heat it up. If I return to the springs I am going to have to upgrade to the Courtyard or the Marriott up on the hill. Sorry Fairfield.

I really did not like this hotel. I would rather stay at the Hampton Inns across in the same complex. I stayed here for 9 days. The first day I checked into my room, everything looked okay until I did further inspection. My end table had crumbs near the lamp from probably a muffin, the bathroom was white with dark grout — which easily allowed me to see all of the hair on the ground, on the counter and in the bath tub. I also saw some hair strands on the toilet and was repulsed by it. I immediately called the front desk and asked for another room. The front desk was nice about it, I went downstairs to grab my keys and told them that I saw hair on the toilet seat — this was when the Sanitation Manager came and apologized to me about what had happened. I wasn’t angry, I just wanted another room I told them. They gave me a room 2 doors down, no refrigerator, no microwave. I am unsure if they have fridges or microwaves at this location, but considering what had happened and for the 4 nights I was staying, I had expected to be placed on a different floor at least. The 2nd room was clean from what I could tell. The rooms had been recently updated– the orange wall painting and the white bedsheet made the place look nice, but the carpet in the hallway was still that nasty green color. I also felt that the previous experience with the other room kind of ruined the experience for me. Breakfast was served later, at 7am, so that did not help me since I started work early the next day. Definitely will stay at Hampton Inn across the street again — fridge, microwave, laundry unit, breakfast served early– much better perks. The pool and gym were about equivalent for both locations.

We’ve stayed here several times on «staycation» trips to the Springs. We’ve had nothing but friendly and attentive service, clean rooms, well-taken care of pool and a super breakfasts.

As far as Fairfields go, this one is middle of the road. The room is a bit outdated but they just redecorated the breakfast area to make it look nice. There is an Old Chicago, Outback Steakhouse, and TGI Fridays all within walking distance.
