Made an appointment for an exam & it took 2 full hours from start to finish. I had my kids with me so it was a huge headache. The manager was apologetic & very kind, but definitely wouldn’t have gone if I knew it would take so long. One of my two glasses were lost at their new lab. UPDATE: Was contacted by the store manager. Very apologetic & made things right. I understand things can go wrong, but it’s always the customer service that makes the difference. I am impressed with the effort they made to fix things.

I’ll give this business 2 stars only because the techs that did my eye exam were very nice as well as the young gentleman that helped me choose my glasses. I left with the understanding that my glasses were 2 for $ 69.00. I did pay an extra $ 20 for an additional exam but my bill turned out to be almost $ 200. I asked to speak to someone upon picking up my glasses in hopes of understanding why my bill was so high. The manager came to speak with me. She immediately got defensive. She explained that the glasses I ordered were at a higher price. I to her I was aware the I chose 2for $ 69 as oppose to 2 for $ 59. She is now showing me my glasses and I see one pair was not the pair I had ordered. She was talking in circles and getting very loud. It seemed that she was hoping I would get embarrassed and simply accept it. I told her my sister had the exact same glasses and only paid $ 80 for BOTH pair of her glasses. This manager proceeded to tell me that it was $ 69 per pair of glasses. I said that the TV advertisement said its $ 69 for both pair altogether. She didn’t care to hear my explanation! I was getting no where with this conversation. To make matters worse, my glasses literally started peeling only 2 weeks after having them. They look so bad, I’m literally too embarrassed to wear them. My first encounter with this manager was so bad, that I chalked up my pair of glasses as a total loss. The manager didn’t even listen to what I was saying, she was on the defense as soon as we made contact. I’ll never go back again and I would recommend you don’t waste your time either! The product was not worth my time, money, or the hassle of this manager!!! I would like to add to my review, and mention that I am pleased that I was contacted by customer relations regarding my bad experience. I was able to get my glasses exchanged for a better quality of glasses. This was done by the south location, which I would like to say, was a pleasant experience. It was a quick and painless process! No questions asked, I was in and out. I would like to say thank you to the wonderful people that did in fact right the wrong. It is much appreciated!!! I hate to say that one person can ruin an entire experience and impression of a company, unfortunately, it’s true. My second time around however was much better. Thanks again for taking the time and attention to appease my situation.
