Staff is not well trained. The girl didn’t seem to know what to do without the picture device that measures my face. She had no clue how to read my prescription when I asked her what my vision was. She seemed lost. She kept pushing the no glare when I told her 3 times I was on a budget. Was very obvious they make commission. Rude staff. No experience. Don’t go to a place where computers take over what people should be doing!

I’ve been here repeatedly and enjoyed every visit. Glasses are expensive anywhere, especially with quality lenses. They treated me well.

My experience at LensCrafters was in short, horrible. I went to LensCrafters because they advertise as a business that offers very discounted designer frames and that they will have your glasses ready in an hour. The employees were friendly at first and they had a very good selection but once I picked out my frames they gave me a discounted price but then tacked on hundreds of dollars in extras for very basic things like scratch resistant and anti-reflective. The total price ended up being over $ 400, almost twice what they told me it would be. As we finished up the details I was told that they had everything in stock and that my glasses would be ready in 1 – 3 hours. They took down my phone number and said they would call me as soon as my glasses were ready. I waited for almost four hours and went to the store. I had to wait for almost thirty mins just to ask someone about my glasses. When Someone finally came around to help me I was informed that my glasses wouldn’t be ready for almost two weeks! I demanded a refund and event that was a big hassle. In the end I went back to my eye doctor and got the same frames for half the prices. The whole experience was absolutely ridiculous!
