Horrible! Walked in and instead of being greeted and asked what I was looking for or if I needed help I was yelled at from Across the room. Very over priced considering you can get some of the same pieces for less than half the price at webs.

Absolutely the WORST place to get furniture from in Clarksville. A piece of my couch ripped and it was under warranty so they told me they could fix it. They took the piece and yet 5 MONTHS later I still don’t have it. Everytime I called, it was a different story about what was happening and then all of a sudden the story was they couldn’t do anything for me. NOT acceptable, not to mention the fact that the lady who called to tell me this HUNG UP on me. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

DONT BUY FROM THEM… Ordered bedroom furniture for our girls room two months ago. They told us it would be only 3 weeks before we got our things. We called them after 5 weeks of waiting and they told us they just put in the order. Still waiting. Absolutely horrible service.

I will never shop here again the delivery guys delivered broke furniture rushed me for a signature so they could leave. They gave me a floor model when they told me a brand new one would be delivered. I am going in tomorrow to follow up on all this and will post more. Do not shop here I say again do not shop here!!!
