I bought my sons mattress here and had nothing but problems with it. !st mattress started dipping in the middle and so I got it replaced by them. Then the 2nd mattress started doing the same thing, so they sent someone out to look at it and now no one has called me back on when we will be getting a new one. I finally got in touch with someone today to only tell me they would call me back. Well they never did. Her name is Theresa the store manager. What poor customer service they give. Theresa might want to look into how to treat a customer. Her skills are poor. SO I had to call back this evening to see why I havnt got a call back from her yet to be told that she will call the wharehouse guy to see what is going on? Really? Ok, so they finally call back and then tell me oh hes gone home for the day. We will have to call you on monday. So at this point Im done playing games, I just want my $ back. Im done with these people. The mattress is a Sealy and usually they are good ones, but this has to be the worst mattress Ive ever bought. They will never get my $ again. Poor Poor customer service!!!

First off, I was able to order the couch I knew I wanted over the phone which was. Huge connivence at the time. It was actually delivered the very next day. However, when they came in I noticed that there was no plastic wrap and the couch was already assembled so I asked if this was the floor model. Yes, it was. So I called them, the lady I talked to had the movers take the couch and she told me that she was not sure when I would be getting the new one, it was a Friday after 5 so she said she would not find out until Monday. I was very disappointed to say the least especially considering we had absolutely no furniture. So why 4 stars you ask? Well the next day(sat) as me and my husband were walking out the door, the delivery men came and delivered a brand new couch! I was so surprised and very happy because I knew that when I got off the phone with the sales lady she did not just forget about me. She made it happen, and quickly!

We got our sofa here. There is a $ 50 charge for delivery, so we rented a U-Haul and saved $ 10. After a week, I found two tiny nails sticking out from the front end. So the quality and workmanship isn’t very detailed to perfection. I was able to remove the tiny nails, but I’m disappointed that they were there. It’s very comfortable still and we love it. We were able to get the price down a little bit. It would have been nice if they could give us a discount for paying with cash instead of credit. We’re still overall happy with our purchase though.
