The best markdowns in the area (I’ve compared), great hours, and Steve was great to work with!
Will definitely return… btw, if you’re new to the area and want financing, keep in mind, you must have an active account for 90 days. We closed out account in MD and opened a bank account here — no financing for us! :-)

I delt with Christine, she was wonderful. She wasn’t to pushy, she listened to what we needed and left us alone while we shopped. She was always close by to answer any questions but respected our privacy when needed. The selection was great, was looking for a very specific style of furniture, checked out several other businesses and was unsuccessful. We stopped in, checked out the prices and was surprised to find that they were actually the cheapest. I am sorry to say, I only gave four stars due to the delivery, I am sure they have fixed the issues we had, damaged delivery, weeks before they replaced it. I can’t say enough, Christina was great! The delivery was second rate.

So I was referred to furniture connection by my neighbor so I went Columbus Day weekend to check out their selection. I walked in and was shortly greeted by David. I told him what I was looking for and within a few minutes I found the couch I was looking for. He was VERY knowledgeable about how I could clean the new couch as well as some old couches I still had at my house. I learned a lot about couch maintenance that day! All the staff there was super friendly and nice to me and my son.
Delivery was simple and easy and I had my couch two days after going to the store to pick it out.
All in all I was very happy with my purchase and decision to buy from furniture connection and I would recommend them to others!!!

Worst place in Clarksville to buy furniture. We purchased a couch and chair from David. We realized the shotty craftsmanship when our 4 year old daughter got an 8 inch gash on her back from one of many exposed staples. The owner refused to refund our money and replied, «What do you expect from a $ 1,500 couch?».

It has been over 3 months and my problems are still not resolved. I had bought book shelves from this company before and had the best experience. When I decided to go back to buy a sofa and loveseat, that’s when my problems started. First off, they didn’t have them in stock. They told me that I’d be able to get them delivered before Christmas — about a month wait. That was fine with me. The sales person never got back to me to let me know the furniture was on my way. When I called them before Christmas, they told me the furniture wasn’t even on the way. I had to make EVERY call to pretty much remind him to call the company they were ordering the furniture from. I got the furniture sometime in January and that was so demoralizing since I wanted the furniture as a sort of Christmas present. When I was finally able to talk to their manager, she attempted to be helpful and even gave me a nice discount. Only problem is… it STILL doesn’t reflect on my bill. The manager has not returned my calls and their sales associates have not either. I will NEVER shop here again. I will never recommend them to anyone because if their job requires even a bit of work, they will completely blow you off.

What a great business ethic this place has from its employees to the owner. Great furniture, customer service, and quality. Wonderful community involvement and does so much to help it’s local school as a Partner in Education. Thank you!!!

I have nothing bad to say about the staff and furniture here. There’s a reason that this store is rated highly on Unilocal and was named one of the ‘Best in Clarksville’ for a number of years. We walked in to look for some things to furnish my living room and after seeing my friend’s purchases, thought it was the best place for me. My gf and I walked in and we were greeted pretty quickly by David who was very friendly, and helpful but not pushy. He definitely let us have our space but was close enough to be there to answer questions or remind us that he was there.
Eventually I settled on a sofa/​recliner set and then looked for a set of bookshelves and a tv stand as well as a coffee and end table. I don’t want to stretch this out because my gf was very, very thorough and since this was my first ‘big boy’ purchase I didn’t want to rush it either.
Long story short, I ended up getting two large bookshelves, a small tv stand and a coffee table that opens up with a small end table all with delivery-​with most of the pieces coming in later that afternoon. The only exception being the tv stand because it wasn’t in stock. 95% literally came in a matter of hours, assembled placed where I wanted and then cleaned up all in a matter of minutes.
The tv stand came a week later and it was similarly delivered. Today, I realized I needed yet another bookshelf to house all my reading materials and came back. I didn’t see my sales rep but someone else approached me, but after he looked up my previous order he went back so that I could talk to my original salesman who gladly sold me another bookshelf and gave me directions to their warehouse. I also needed more shelf units and he said he would call the manufacturer and see if they could bring any units down. A great experience overall, couldn’t be happier.

I had a wonderful experience today at Furniture Connection.
I’m expecting my first child, and by the end of the day I need to heave myself into a much comfier chair than the yard sale couch I currently have. A friend of mine bought a recliner during her pregnancy, and it pretty much seems like the best idea ever at this point, so I had to follow suit. With a lot of shopping around, I had planned on going to the source and trek out to Hendersonville for a La-​Z-​Boy, but as initially annoyed me, they’re closed on Sundays. Hmm… I decided to check around locally and found Furniture Connection. They have a whole section for recliners on the website so why not?
We walked into the store and scanned the beautiful living room sets. I may have drooled. A lady came up and asked if we needed help. She suggested we start near the back of the store where rows of individual rocking recliners sat (in front of a big screen no less, so one can get the full effect). After that, she gave us her name and said she was here if we need her and left us to shop in peace.
We tried and narrowed down several styles all over the store. Nary a pushy sales person was to be found so we could really do our thing and really try stuff without being pressured.
There are styles for every type of person and every type of body. There are sofas that hold drinks, and oversized cushy chairs with giant ottomans that can hold two lovebirds at once. There are theatre seat recliners, and leather executive recliners, deep brown corduroy couches and wing back formal chairs. There are firm recliners and fluffy ones.
I finally found one that met all my needs.
The back is high enough to support my head and I can sink into the padding. The footrest is covered with no metal to be seen. The arm rests are cushy. And I nearly fell asleep. So we bought it.
The sales lady told us none were in stock but it would be there in a week. She also told us that there would be a delivery charge if we wanted it brought to us, but if we would like to pick it up, they would show us how to easily assemble it for when we got it home. If it was really dire we could also buy the floor model though they don’t like to do that due to possible damage.
In all she made sure we were happy, and was nice to answer questions when we had them and let us be to sit and lay about when we didn’t.
I would go back and I recommend Furniture Connection to anyone with a room to fill in Clarksville.
