Pizza Hut

Meh service, they first time I ordered here I walked out, like no one came to take my order after standing for over a min with no one else in line. Pizza is made fine when I order here but customer service is kinda meh

I am addicted to Pizza Hut pizza. But don’t wait until you’re hungry to call for delivery. Pizza Hut is the slowest of any pizza delivery in town. Two hours is not unusual.

Horrible food. Stop eating chain!

Ordered pizza here a few times. Located right next to post but they don’t deliver (according to the lady on the phone) walked in to order once and the person at the counter was VERY rude and ignored the fact (texting on her phone) that she had 4 people lined up to pick up/​order. Pizza was really good but the service lacked.

Ordered from here a few times, and even though they are right in the neighborhood my pizza always arrives cold and late.

Horrible service on 10÷23÷13 at 6:20pm. I ordered the 3 cheese stuffed crust pizza and two other pizzas. I received the 3 cheese stuffed crust one with pepperoni. I called to ask for the correct order and it rang for three minutes before a male answered. He put me on the phone with a manager who said it was not their fault as first. I told her my exact order as on the receipt they gave me and she told me that someone had changed it and they only made the incorrect ticket order. She said they would make another one and send it out but I had to return the incorrect pizza too. I called back an hour later when it still had no arrived and was told by a male that it was on its way already. I called back another 30 mins later when I still had not received it and was told it hadn’t even left because they were short handed with drivers since one had an accident. But she assured me that it wasn’t the driver that had my correct pizza, She said that she couldn’t give me an exact time of when it would come but that she would take it personally if it was more than 10 mins. 45 mins later a guy who wasn’t the manager shows up with the correct pizza. All the pizzas were messy, lacked toppings, looked like they had been made hours earlier, were cold, and had very little sauce or cheese or toppings. I will not be ordering from this branch again and don’t know if I ever will again since I still has to pay for all my cold, sloppy, horrible made, and not good tasting at all, pizzas. I’m so disappointed but I should’ve known as the service has been horrible for over a year. Ease of online ordering is the only reason I continued to order Pizza Hut pizzas.
