I’ve always thought Dr. Hsieh was attentive. I’ve been here 3 years ago and switched doctors because I moved, but now I actually switched back and will drive the 40 minutes in traffic to see him. I had an appointment today and he addresses all of my concerns and even asked me today, at least 5 times, if I was sure I didn’t have any other questions before he let me go. Office staff was friendly as well, answered all my questions. Unlike the previous doctors that I’ve had(where I had to wait at least 2 hours just to see the doctor), I was able to be in and out of my appointment within 35 minutes.

Dr. Xavier Hsieh is the most unprofessional Doctor I have ever met. Frist, every appointment I have had with him, he rushes through the visit and you can feel that he does not care about you nor pay attention to you. You should go look for another doctor that will actually care for you and make you feel where your health is most important. Second, he ALWAYS forget to send my prescription to my pharmacy! I had to call his office multiple times to double check and make sure that he had sent it. I am not his staff members, yet how come no one in his office follow up with the prescription orders? As a patient, why do I need to spend my own time to be his secretary and remind him of the tasks he and/or his staff is supposed to do? Third, his staff had scheduled me an early appointment for 9:00am. I got there at 9:05am. The staff starts work at 8:45am. The day of my appointment, Dr. Hsieh calls in sick(don’t get me wrong, that’s fine because even doctors can sick). Yet, the bad part was that no one at the office bothered to call me to notify me that the doctor was out! This doctor and his staff has wasted a lot of my time. They really need to get their act together. This is unacceptable and it is a very unprofessional office.

Doctor Hsieh is a nice person but the office needs to improve their work! The first time i ask for a referral to see a OB doctor(which i found out later that i did not even need a referral), they put a different doctor in the request. The second time i went to the doctor because of my skin problem, Doctor Xavier Hsieh sent my prescription to a different patient that has a similar name. I was at Walmart waited for over an hour trying to find the prescription! The third time i asked them to sent in a request to see a chiropractor, they forgot to sent it! Three times in a row! i lost my confidence in this doctor and finally decide to change my family doctor since i really cannot put my health into a «profession» practice like this.
