Service was excellent. Food was very tasty, sopped up my left over sauce with the last bread stick. Dinner included all you can eat salad. They even let us sample the wines.

Great experience. Came in with the family for my moms birthday. Called in so it only took about 5 minutes before we were seated, and we got a booth which was preferred. On a busy day, the meals took under 20 minutes to bring out. The chicken gnocchi and pasta soup were really good, and our appetizer and main meals had great presentation with bold fresh flavors. Waiter provided good service.

Our food was all out promptly and tasted delicious. There was a small issue with our appetizer being overcooked, but when we brought it to the staff’s attention, they got us a replacement and comped it for us. It wasn’t an out of this world experience, but it was a pleasant one. My chicken marsala ravioli, though? PHENOMENAL.

My husband and I went here for dinner today. First of all I called ahead to be put on the wait list. When we got there the host didn’t know what to do they had people waiting there that were never put on their waiting list so of course nor were we. The wait wasn’t long, a server came to get us and as we walked to our table i took a look at the kitchen they had stuff all over the floor. The table where we were going to sit had carpet and it had trash all over it. My husband and I left the place before they even sat us down. Take you money to a different Olive Garden. Stay away from here

This review is for this particular location. I’ve been to many Olive Garden’s but this by far was the best. Customer service was probably the most amazing service ever. I’m pretty picky but everything I ate I had no complaints. Their food was made fresh, at some of the other restraunts I’ve been to it seems like they just reheat it. Everything here is made fresh. The server I had really seemed to enjoy his job and I’m happy to get to be serviced by people that actually care about what they do.

Staff was extremely friendly, which is the only reason I gave stars. I paid 18 $ for the chicken Alfredo and salad combo with breadsticks. There was barely any Alfredo sauce on my dish, the sauce was average, the chicken was average, the salad was average, and the breadsticks were stale. 18 $ was a huge rip off the meal was worth more like 8 $

I love carbonara pasta so I order the Chicken and shrimp carbonara. Flavored were great, but felt like there was too much oil. Maybe next time it’ll be better.

Olive Garden is my absolute favorite restaurant, I wish there was One in Elk Grove… hint hint So we will settle for the one in Citrus Heights for now, our waitress Jordan was on it and very sweet. Never shy about refills on drinks or salad. Love their salads and breadsticks. I had the tour of Italy which as lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and Parmesan crusted chicken. YUM! My favorite was the fettuccine Alfredo but my whole plate was delicious. Hubby had citrus chicken Serrano sand mixed vegis. His chicken was so tender and flavorful, by far the best chicken I’ve tried.(Yes, I eat off his plate too! Otherwise how would I know what to write about?!?) his vegis were wonderful also and not your standard mix. There were bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli and artichoke hearts. Another great meal of 2016!!!

It was my first time eating here. My fiancé and I met up with his older brother and his fiancé for a nice dinner date to introduce me to the family. It was very nice and clean. I love the customer service here. Great food.

The garlic Rosemary chicken is amazing. Cooked perfectly and not dry at all. Service is great as usual and we were seated promptly.

I love Olive Garden I can’t believe I have not left a review. Francis was a great waitress. She took our order promptly and was very friendly and professional she offered some good suggestions off the menu. Our food came quite fast given we were there at a later hour but the service was so prompt the only thing I would change about my experience is that they should get rid of all of the electronic bill pay machines this is a sit down and talk restaurant we don’t need an electric device on the table to distract us and get more tortellini ha ha

I came here with friends to celebrate a birthday. I normally get the beef tortolini but decided to try the sausage rigatoni. Mistake! Not good at all. The tomato sauce was really sour. The bread sticks were delicious as usual and so was the chicken and nocchi soup. Our server was ok. He was slow. I had the strawberry and mango margarita and that was amazing! But it took forever for them to get it to me. I like Olive Garden but I will probably avoid this location.

A group of 5 of us went for dinner last night. One member ordered Angel Hair Pasta with meatballs and ended up getting ill during the night and vomiting 4 different times. It had to be the meatballs as another person had the same pasta without meatballs and was fine. When contacted the mgr did offer the person a free meal, however, the person declined and said they would not be back.

This place is seriously GROSS!!! The service was terrible and slow. Our pasta took over an hour to come out and on top of that my mom’s was watery and mine was cold(not luke warm but cold). I asked the manager to come over as she was dealing with another table complaining about their food and service and explained to her the situation, she offered new plates of food and we declined. I ask for our check so we may pay for our drinks and the manager kept saying I paid for your meals over and over again, like she did me a favor. Sorry no lady you didn’t pay for my meal– it was nasty and was inedible in the first place. I’ll be sticking to the OG near Arden or in the bay area.

I have to say, one does not come here for the service. We saw out server, Janice, 2x — -no smile, greeting, or follow up on how our food is. Our drinks were left empty, no breadsticks… our server just brought our check without even asking if we would like dessert or if we were done… The food was okay though. Very poor service. Do not see myself coming back here.

So we got to this Olive Garden almost by 8pm. Were seated promptly. Waitress took our order for drinks. She also gave some samples of wine. Of course I never pass that up! Proceeded to order the eggplant for me, a tour of Italy for the gang to split. With bread sticks and salad I could only finish ½ of my platter. Closed the p.m. with a freebie birthday pumpkin cheescake and of course the Bomb chocolate mousse cake from Ettore’s. Everything was great, food and service. I’ll be back!

Our group of 4 went to this Olive Garden to celebrate a birthday, but what we got instead was a disappointing experience. We ordered the«Never Ending Pasta Bowl» which includes refills of pasta, soup or salad and breadsticks. Right at the start, we had to deal with a disgusting surprise: there was a bug in one of our bowls of soup. Our waitress was able to bring another bowl after we alerted her, but still it made us wonder about the cleanliness of the kitchen. Not to mention how slow they were. It took so long for the pastas to come, we ordered multiple refills of soup. When one of us asked for our second bowl of soup(or third, if you count the one with a bug), we noticed the waitress rolling her eyes at us, even though the unlimited soup was covered under the«Never Ending» deal… plus we were hungry. Anyway, the waitress never came back with the soup — maybe she decided that we didn’t need it, because she finally came back with the pasta instead. Not too long after that, she comes back and asks us if we are done yet — even though we weren’t even close to being done with our pasta. Was she trying to get us out of there? Certainly she wasn’t trying to make us feel welcome. Finally, we asked her for a refill on breadsticks, and it took another reminder before it came. Payment was another ordeal… we had come with a coupon(20% off for a party of 4 or more) but when we gave them this coupon, the manager came out and claimed that he was unable to process the coupon on the computer. Even when we mentioned that we had successfully used a similar coupon at an Olive Garden in Chico, he just said«Oh, really?» and did not offer to let us have this discount. We paid since it’s not worth fighting over that amount, but now we’re left wondering what kind of company would attract you to the restaurant with a coupon and then not honor it. We subsequently called a couple of other Olive Garden locations who confirmed to us that they would have been able to honor the coupon. What was supposed to be a fun birthday experience at Olive Garden has turned out to be unclean food, slow and ineffective service and a questionable business practice at check-out. We expect better from a corporate chain. We always enjoyed Olive Garden’s food, but this experience was so bad that it makes me post my first review here.

Had a salad with a bug and a soup. After confronting waiter on this, was offered to pay for my soup and leave. Very low level of customer service. Never received an apology from management rep. Please avoid this spot at all costs. I will post a picture with a bug.

We usually like to come here for family birthday celebrations because they are accommodating to big parties and people of all ages. I had made a reservation and upon check in, we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was sweet, but did take awhile to tend to our orders and refills. It was a pretty busy night though, so I won’t hold that against her. Olive Garden offers great Italian choices and has everything for everyone. Whether its the sampler of appetizers, soups/salads, or a great entrée, they definitely offer a great selection. They are always changing their specials and menus, so always check with your servers to see whats going on! This time that we went their big special was the«choose your own» tour of Italy. You can choose up to 3 dishes and depending on what you order, the prices may vary, but pretty fair priced. I highly recommend their regular Tour of Italy which comes with lasagna, chicken parmigiana, and fettuccine. All entrees come with a choice of soup or salad, my favorite soup is their Zuppa Toscana which is a great potato and sausage soup with kale. YUM! Breadsticks are still unlimited, and salads can be unlimited(if everyone orders an entrée and chooses a salad) They also offer kids menus and a great array of desserts. Great place for family functions!
