Best vegetarian stroganoff and my kids loved the Mac-​n-​Cheese! And the other son liked the Chicken Parmesan. We got dinner to go and while we waited they gave us a drinks for free.

Really disappointed with my recent visit here. My coworkers and I go to Noodles almost everyday for lunch. This visit I went in to order my usual Penne Rosa and when I got back to work I looked in the bag and this is what I got. I went back to tell them this proportion can’t be right being that it’s a third full and the «manager» took the bowl put it on some type of measuring scale and basically handed it back to me telling me nothing’s wrong because the weight is fine. So you’re telling me I just paid $ 8 for something that isn’t even full? New management? Let’s try another management change.

We called and asked about the birthday rice crispy and whether or not the coupon was mobile friendly. We came in a few minutes later as this place is down the street and the cashier said they didn’t have any in stock. Umm, why didn’t you say so over the phone? Not too happy with a wasted trip.

I love noodles&co! Always great customer service and good quality! I love buttered noodles and my boyfriend always gets the Alfredo and chicken! However, two days ago we went and they were out of spaghetti noodles which was a little disheartening however it’s still 5 stars!

I have been to several locations of noodles and company and have loved the food. This location is not good. This is the second time I’ve been to this one — giving them a second chance — and unfortunately the food was the same. I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles and my daughter ordered the Pad Thai. We got this to go and if we hadn’t I would have got my money back for this food. My noodles were very dry, not much flavor at all and not spicy in the least bit. There was barely any veggies or sauce in it — mostly dry noodles. My daughter felt the same way about her food. I was really disappointed because every location I’ve been to besides this one is great.

Just wanted to add a review update. This place is still very amazing. We try to go every so often. The only downside is they took away one some of our favorite dishes. They no longer carry Margarita flatbread and the Indonesian peanut sauté. :-(
So we don’t go as often as we normally would. Otherwise they’re great and have great service as well.

Been here a few times, food is always fresh, but service depends on if the manager is there or not. If he’s not there, portions are wrong, and service could be better, if he’s there everything is fine.
I really like the stroganoff, definitely did not like the pad Thai. If you like authentic Pad Thai, this is not the place to get it from.

Great location. The service here is excellent. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I love that this restaurant location is right in the center of many, many other shops which is very convenient.
I got the Japanese Pan Fried Noodles with added shrimp. I made it a combo with a side of the Thai Curry and added an individual side of their new Gochujang Korean BBQ meat balls. The noodles were very tasty and salted just right. The only downside was how chewy the noodles were. Some of the strands were still stuck together and were slightly hard. The Thai Curry noodle soup was also fast and delicious. Their new Gochujang Korean BBQ meatballs were very tasty as well (but a little on the salty side, so it’s better to add it into a noodle dish rather than eating it by itself).
I love the seating here. There’s a ton of tables to sit at. Family-​friendly big booths, small tables for small parties, or a solo-​seating bar/​table for myself.
Definitely will be back.

This restaurant is wonderful the noodles are always fresh and the rest of the ingrediance are always tasty. The manager Woody is the Best
Manager you could ever have in a restaurant.
He makes sure that the good orders are done right and Woody and the waitresses are friendly.
I highly recommend Noodles and company.

First timer & loved it. We were shopping nearby and it smelled great as we walked by… so in we went.

Good food, friendly & very helpful staff with great options for vegetarians. After you place your order– you are given a number to place on your table & staff will deliver it to you upon it’s completion as food is made to order. As hadn’t seen reviews prior to going – was looking for tip jar by the register & the girl said they don’t accept tips. I’m guessing that their employer/​company pays them well – or at least I hope so.
We will definitely return again.

Love this place! Can’t believe I’ve been here a good dozen times and HAVEN’T reviewed it yet. The Japanese Pan noodles with Parm Chicken is the best!
Portion sizes are great, very reasonably priced (they also just started offering kids meals!).
This place has a good variety of food items, there is something for everyone here. I wish Folsom had a Noodles & Co!
P. S. For any item you do NOT like, you can ask them to remove it and you can substitute another ingredient for NO charge (example: I like the Japanese Pan noodles but I do NOT like mushrooms, so I simply have them add extra broccoli in place of mushrooms!).

Decent food in a busy shopping center. The menu is quite large and the staff is knowledgeable about the various dishes. Once you order your food, you grab a table and they’ll bring it on out. My only issue with that it is sometimes hard to find a clean table and if you have to send your food back for whatever reason, it seems to take forever for them to remake it.
Other than that, it is just fine to stop here for a quick lunch or bite if you are out doing your holiday shopping. The portions are large and the prices are very budget friendly.

Out of curiosity I stepped in here for lunch today. There is so much to choose from. After looking at the menu posted on the wall as you go to get in line, I decided on the bigger bowl of pad Thai with shrimp and a Caesar salad. That was about $ 10. and some change.
Stephanie took my order and she was very sweet. I paid, took my number and sat down. There is seating indoors and outdoors. Shortly after, a gentleman brought my food and he was super nice too.
I loved my dish! I ate every bit of it and left the place feeling full and very happy with the way I was treated. I will definitely visit them again and try other things.
