Taco Bell

Love the location of this Taco Bell but one thing that does stink is that there is no rain cover for the drive thru. I went here on a rainy day and I was getting soaked.

Do you like orders that are predictably fulfilled wrong? Is your joy made complete by hastily put together food orders crafted with the tedious care of a drugged toddler? Would your day be perfect if a fast food worker who likely feels entitled to double her hourly wage is perhaps the rudest, least kind, mouth-​breathing dolt in the entire tri-​state area? Then this Taco Bell is the place for you!
Caged laboratory rabbits have accidentally scared total strangers into preparing food more accurately and with more kindness than this location’s employees. What’s fascinating, however, is that this is a factory of poor service because it’s been notoriously bad for years! Surely this deserves some kind of award.
I have this location it’s last opportunity to do the job yesterday, and it was just as bad an experience as it’s always been. Too bad because the location is great. But just look at the rating here on Unilocal,and it’s clear this is a location that needs to be gutted.

What did you expect? We got the AM crunchwraps and the service was fine and dandy. A-​OK!

The worst Taco Bell ever! Never gets your order right. Pretty sure everyone that works here is on some kind of drug. If they ask you «may I take your order» just tell them you have 6 dollars and would 6 dollars worth of food because they will screw it up. Skip Taco Bell go straight to Skyline.

So I’ve always tried to stay positive about Taco Bell because I love tacos and it’s a guilty pleasure. Majority of the time we have a great experience, in fact, the guys go above and beyond for me. And I always call corporate to acknowledge the service I have received. Tonight was slightly different. My husband and I craved it, and we pull up to the window and ordered our usual chicken quesadilla and the associate stated she just cleaned the grill and will not be doing anything grilled. This was an hour before they closed. I’m sorry? But you won’t serve us what we want because you cleaned the grill an hour early? I know it was late but that’s what you advertise, «4^th meal, open until 2». Maybe it should be «4^th meal, They’ll serve you something that hasn’t been cleaned yet.» Disappointed.

Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to describe how these employees are. There a whole lot of TMI going on with the folks behind the counter. I just want my Mt Dew Freeze.
