Chipotle Mexican Grill

Inside the Kenwood Mall… REALLY BAD! DON’T BOTHER! I LOVE CHIPOTLE… or used to. I went here, before the ‘lunch’ rush hour and was maybe 4^th in line. TOOK forever for my turn… They were actually already out of stuff. I wanted onions & peppers and she put like two slices on my bowl. I said, «can I have more than that»? She looked at me like I had two heads and I am sure she was wondering how she could give me more, since they were out! However, up came a guy with onions and peppers ready to fill it up. YEAH! Nope… they were not cooked! So they just filled it up and moved me on my way…
Staff seems very confused… and not good at being assertive with the customer. They just look at them and wait for the customer to tell them something rather than asking leading questions like, «do you want white or brown rice, and/​or would you like any meat on your item?». So the line moves at a snails pace.
Yet, the manager standing at the end by the cash register keeps yelling out: WAY TO GO TEAM, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TEAM! LOL… she’s a cheerleader!
I will not go back here. I am sure corporate thinks its a good store because their numbers are good but these numbers are good b/​c there isn’t many choices for food in this mall and most people are probably first time customers who decide not to go back again!

This location seems to struggle with keeping up with demand and top service. The staff was all friendly, but I’ve had better experiences at other Chipotle locations.

Service is always at a snails pace… They run out of burritos and other ingredients on a regular basis. The service is alright but they don’t seem like they have a good manager here due to the lack of «get-​up and-​go». They wait to make more ingredients once they run out which is moronic… I’d go to the one in the mall if it wasn’t such a hassle to find parking.

This Chipotle has let me down multiple times. If you want a burrito from this place dont bother. Half your burrito ends up on the counter. I don’t know if this is a training chipotle, because no one knows how to wrap a burrito in there. They’ve also run out of chese when I’ve been. Don’t know how that happens. Here’s a tip: leave the mall currito is right across the street

Chipotles that run out of chicken and rice during lunch hours should be shut down.
This is one of them.
You must have the two most popular ingredients in your restaurant in abundant enough quantities to satisfy the demand of rush hour. If you can’t do this its clear that leadership and staff issues are clearly a problem.
Also, if during the last 44 minutes of your store hours you run out of rice (something that shouldn’t happen to begin with) and you have no intention to make more for the line of customers who are waiting to get their orders, the least you can do is tell the people who are waiting (pointlessly) that you are out of rice.
Amateur hour at this chipotle goddamn.

I like Chipotle, but my interest is perhaps waning? I went here for a quick take-​out meal. The service was a-​ok. The servers/​assemblers were friendly enough. They had a sign that they were out of pork, and that is what I was wanting: o (Maybe that’s what put a damper on my visit. They also had a sign that said that all of their ingredients are now non-​GMO! Good to know! Maybe I’m just getting tired of the same-​old, same-​old…

Big Chipotle fan but this place has been disappointing on multiple occasions food is always good and consistent but the service is lacking. Much slower than other locations. Also they prep carryout orders along with in house orders, this causes delay and confusion. Would suggest a separate line like some locations have especially during busy hours. Also the management seems moody or in a conversation with co workers while making food. Also even if there are 5 people working the line the food never moves along, i have also witness the staff being short and rude to customers. If the food wasn’t so good i would give 1 star based on customer service.

I love Chipotle, but this location has the dirtiest seating area and serving line (s) I have seen in a Chipotle. I hope they invest in some deep cleaning because it has me questioning their food prep and kitchen practices.
BTW this chipotle is across 71N, it is not in the mall.

I’ve been to this Chipotle location a number of times now and I continue to be disappointed by one thing or another, and sometimes many things. They often run out of essentials, like Guacamole, which I need to have on my burrito because they make things just a bit too spicy for me, and the guac really helps tone it down for my super-​taster taste buds. I still tried to eat my veggie burrito without the guac, but could only get half-​way through it before having to stop.
Over the course of the number of times I have been to this location the workers who put together the food have been all across the board in portion sizes, sometimes there is a HUGE amount of one item, and not enough of other items. Sometimes when I ask for a little, they just put on a heaping amount anyway and then have to scrape it off, while looking at me like I’m asking them to re-​arrange their face.
Needless to say, I think I’ve only had one good experience here, and unless they get their act together, I’ll just go else where for my burrito needs.

This Chipotle inside the mall is not worth going to. When my girlfriend and I went we got such a small portion it was ridiculous. Even when We ask for an extra scoop of rice or beef they basically just gave me a very very small portion. I even emailed their corporate office to complain because that is really sad. The employees got an attitude and their expressions of giving a little more to make the customer happy just killed them on the inside.
