No no no no! Either go drive to another Taco Bell or skip to another fast food place. Here you’ll get an angry greeting from drive thru cashier acting like there is a line up of cars when you’re the only one in line! Then put dirty ass coins in your bag with the food?!? At the end I tried to ignore it and asked for mild sauce to get a quick and extremely rude «it’s already in the bag»! Well the bag had to napkins tried to brush that off then no sauce can’t keep brushing off! Forget you taco bell pos!

They are seldom open the hours posted. The lobby is almost always closed several hours before it is posted to be closed. I am not sure how late the drive thru is open, but if it is past midnight I recommend not wasting your time because they are probably closed. Then if you try to go for lunch half the time the mobile app says the location is unavailable. I have started going to bueno. This is just sad.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would! I’d avoid this place! Plenty of other options on May Ave.
I either have to believe that I have incredible luck and therefore have a bad experience every time or I have to believe that this is a chronic problem with this location.
I’ve been to this location on 4 separate occasions since last September and every single time, I’ve had some major issue. I’ve been given someone else’s order before, incomplete orders as well as wrong orders. Each time I have contacted Taco Bell (via their survey) but nothing seems to change.

This is the WORST Taco Bell! The employees are slow, rude, and unhelpful. I stood at the front counter ready to order for several minutes before anyone even looked at me! Then I had to wait for 10 minutes to get my food. The restaurant was very very dirty and it looked as though the floor had never been swept. Their were dead bugs under the front counter and by the drink area! Gross! Every single table was dirty and sticky and it was quite obvious that the other customers were just as unhappy as I was. Skip this place for sure and head to the Bueno next door!

This Taco Bell is okay. I usually get there around 11:15, so it’s not really busy. I can’t tell you what it’s like when it’s busy. The food is usually done well. It’s classic Taco Bell goodness.
