Easily the best liquor store in the OKC metro area. Not only are the selections of wine, beer and liquor incredibly impressive, but their employees are extremely knowledgeable, unbelievably helpful and professionally polite. Sean’s has always been our«go-to» spot for difficult to find wines and great prices, but after my wife and I worked through them to supply the alcohol for our wedding, we’ll never go to another liquor store again. Chris is as knowledgeable and helpful with«all things booze» as anyone you’ll ever find. Often times businesses are appreciative of their patrons; with Sean’s, we left the experience as the ones feeling grateful.

Sean’s is the best in Okc. The owner interacts with guests like a regular clerk. The guys at the counter have given me great suggestions for every question. The store has a make your own six pack of beers at the front. Most of those beers are $ 1.00 a piece. They had a ping pong table for a while(sean played with us), and they have all kinds of brand merchandise.

I was sad knowing I wouldn’t have a bevmo to go to out here but luckily stumbled into this gem. No fridges and not open Sundays so pretty weird but I guess that’s the rules out here. Other than the previous, had a pretty wide range of beers in packs or singles and a bunch of hard liquor in a variety of sizes. Big plus is the owner Sean, very welcoming and was a wealth of knowledge. Oklahoma is getting points in my book quicker than I thought.

Holy beer selection Batman! Sean’s delivers on the variety and keeps it coming. This place is an alcoholic promise land with the different types of beer and liquor that they have available in a space that is nice and open as opposed to the crowded and cramped feel that you may experience inside of a corner liquor store. Definitely suggest anyone who enjoys a good bottle of wine to stop by on Tuesdays. As of this review it’s 20% off on Tuesdays. It’s one of the places that I’ve seen sale the delicious, and Oklahoma made, Summerside wine. This is probably the best place to buy your alcoholic beverages on this side of the city.

I do like you. Oh, is it love? No, no. It’s too soon to know. Only time will tell… Sean’s reminds me of the Cellar in Norman. When I walked in for the very first time, we were on a hunt for Prairie beer. Mission accomplished! They had quite a few 6 packs to choose from. The man zone likes the Rugby ale. Their selection is… Pretty nice! Most of the beer is spread out on the left side of the store. The wines are separated by style. Each plaque describes what foods would pair well with the wine. I did notice that they had some different choices when comparing to Sam’s Liquor. The walkways are wide and some of the staff members walk around to assist customers with their purchases. Dare I say that they almost have too much room? A couple of their racks where the bulk/boxed type wines were sitting kind of empty. +Plenty of parking +Plenty of booze –Too much? If you’re having trouble, ask a staff member. That is what many seemed to do when they were searching for a wine to go with dinner. I overheard one of the gals talking about Pinot Noir. She steered the gentleman in the right direction without having him shell out $ 60+. Nice! Highly suggest you stop by at least once to check out what they have ;)

In my last review, in the cons section I wrote«I’ll get back to you on that». I’m back and… well, I still got nothin’. They recently moved from their Rockwell building to 6969NW Expressway for an even larger interior. At the time of this review, they are open but still setting up. Even so, I’d take Sean’s over any other fully stocked and ready any day. They have SO much product that the new space will fit them so very nicely. I’m excited to see everything all set up. Like Julie P. said, the aisles are fantastic. You’re never in fear of knocking things over because the space is so wide. They have plenty of Mustang and Summerside, a huge selection of other beers, and a large section of hard cider(which is my jam). The staff? Like I said before, wonderful. They’re incredibly friendly and conversational. It’s fun to be there. Seriously, not just for the alcohol! Not only that, but they’re helpful and informative. When I was there today, I spoke with the… oh, I feel sheepish. I have no idea what his title would be… somewhere between a higher up manager or marketing? Anyway, he knows his alcohol, buddy. He knows when something is coming in, what it is, and erry’thing. We talked for a bit while he was working to set up the store and it was enjoyable. Within a week or so of this review, they’ll have their single stock shelves set up and a Pick 6 deal ready to go! On Tuesdays, wine is 20% off. YEP.

I love Sean’s. The location is very convenient and Sean is knowledgable and helpful. We ordered a keg of Mustang for my husband’s 30th. While it was a tad more expensive than other establishments, the location and service seemed worth it.

Sean’s has an impressively large selection of beers and good selection of wine. If there is a liquor you’re looking for that Sean’s doesn’t have, I’m not sure what it could be. They have carts and carry out service and really decent prices. But I think my favorite thing about Sean’s is the wide open aisles and roomy feel. A lot of the smaller, older liquor stores have stuff stacked up everywhere, and have made the aisles teeny tiny to fit more product in. I get claustrophobic in those– like I’m one clumsy-gal move away from a domino situation that ends in $ 20,000 worth of broken glass and a sea of sad booze. Sean’s aisles are wide enough for their super-wide carts, and there’s not a single item that is «stacked.» There are shelves for everything, and it’s always pristine. Some of their specials include 20% off Full Priced Bottles every Tuesday. They also do a monthly wine tasting event at a local business in the evenings, as well as special drawings for customers to win everything from fun promotional items they get from the beer companies to club-level Thunder tickets. Score!
