This place its horrible, but I guess that’s all you can expect from a «fast» food joint, but seriously I went there 3 times for that chicken that looks delicious on the commercials playing every 5 minutes, first time they were out of that chicken at 7:30, second time guess? Out again around 7:30, third time they had the chicken but they were out of the dipping sauce and the older guy at the window handed me my drinks and food with blood on his hands, he was eating saw him at the dinner room and came straight from the table to handle my food, didn’t wash his hands of course the whole thing went to the trash and that’s the last time I try them.

They have one job, chicken. For some reason they are out of spicy chicken all of the time. This has happened on multiple occasions. What gives?

Chicken was okay… was warm but nothing an oven won’t fix. Not a terrible experience but definitely room for improvement.

Popeye’s spicy chicken is my favorite fried chicken of all time. I go to this Popeye’s every Tuesday for their two pieces of chicken for $ 1 special, and the food is always excellent, hot, and fresh. Tuesday gets extremely busy in there because of the special, so expect to wait a while to get your order. I always plan on being there for «a while» when I go, and I try to avoid the dinner rush. I always go inside and place my order to go because the drive thru is always INSANELY packed (on Tuesdays), sometimes 25 – 30 cars in line from 5PM to 7PM.
I removed one star based only on the fact that the staff is a little unorganized, and even though I go on the busiest day of the week (in their defense)… I always feel the process could be MUCH more efficient behind the counter to cut down on the super long wait times customers have to deal with. I feel that responsibility falls on the management in this case.
Still, I highly recommend this location for the food, but if you go on Tuesday… you have to try and be patient. Four pieces of delicious spicy fried chicken for $ 2.17 is worth it to me.

The food was fine. The bad rating is for the horrible management and staff. Rude, hateful, not even willing to try. Never go to this location unless you enjoy being treated like they are doing you a big favor by letting you eat here.

The food is pretty good, if you can get what you ordered. If you don’t get what you ordered, be sure to not eat a bite of it before taking it back because they will not give you what you paid for. Even if you give them the box with the obvious wrong remains! They will not answer the phone and you cannot leave a message because the mailbox is completely full! The woman said they couldn’t answer the phone because she was «up here». If I ever purchase food there again, I will be sure to check the order prior to leaving to go home to eat the food. My recommendation would be to avoid this location! The Hispanic female working the drive thru was extremely rude and after I get through, hopefully won’t be working there anymore. VERY POOR customer service at this location.

Great fried chicken and mashed potato.
Biggest issue is they take a long time to get it together. Only because they have to go catch the chicken and fried it. Just Kidding. It does take a long time but it does taste good for Popeye’s chicken.
