Come to Wingstop for wings as well as excitement. Wow, my venture out for some wings was adrenaline inducing.
The lady who came in behind me was returning a to go order and the cashier escalated the situation. He started with a rude and condescending tone which bordered on yelling. The customer raised her voice as well, and they couldn’t agree on whether she should be refunded or not. The cashier insulted the lady’s son, and I thought there was going to be a fight.
The lady pulled her son out of the building. So what happens next? The situation ends? No! The cashier followed the lady OUT to her CAR!!! They continued yelling in the parking lot. I guess the cashier finally decided to refund her money because she came back inside. I can’t believe the cashier handled the situation so poorly.
(My wings were ok.)

Had to wait at least half an hour and it’s slow (not many people in there at all). Asked for boneless, got bones in. We ordered there and waiting there and when we got up from the table to grab the food (dealing with the same person) asked if it was us that ordered and wasn’t going to let us have the food. Drove all the way home til we even saw the wings had bones in them.

Excellent! I have placed my order online multiple times and they always have my food ready and correct. Their Hawaiian flavor on their boneless wings. Their flies are delicious! Highly recommend trying Wing Stop at least once!

If WingStop didn’t have the best sugar coated crack fries, I would never go back. The service is slow, even when you call in half an hour prior, you still have to wait 10 – 15 minutes for your order.
The mango habanero is nothing in comparison to Buffalo Wild Wings, so I get cajun/atomic and teriyaki/Hawaiian and toss them together, still not BWW, but will do.
The French fries I go back.

Worst customer service on the planet! They gave me boneless wings instead of traditional wings and refused to correct the order. The manager was a disrespectful punk. This location was once great and I would go a couple times a month but I’ll never go back.

Ordered online. Came in 5 min after promised time and they were not done…15 later… Not done… They told me they got busy… Not even a sorry or ANYTHING. Service is everything and no great tasting wings can make up for this… AWFUL

Cajun and lemon pepper are my favorite! Their fries are delicious! It’s my favorite place for wings in Oklahoma City. They have the game on on their TV’s during game time so what’s there to complain about.

This wingstop USED to be a solid location but has all the potential to once again reign supreme amongst all wing joints OKC wide (lol). Ok, Let me be serious. I have been coming to this wingstop location for years and years but something has changed lately. Could it be the chicken? Maybe, sometimes they might under cook the chicken but usually if you tell them you want it fried hard (shouldn’t they always fry it hard) it comes out well done. Is it the service? No, The service has been great at this location for the past 5 – 6 years. Is it the surrounding apt. complex’s? DING DING DING, you are correct! Hey, I love coming to this wingstop and everything but the riff raff from the surrounding area makeS it a no-brainer to just go to KFC. These young punks roam the lounge waiting on 20pc’s w/pants-a-sagging and mouths-a-cursing. I can’t do it anymore, I’ll just go to the one in Midwest City from now on.
