After having worked at Papa Johns in my teenage years I am disappointed to see how this company now treats its customers. Pizzas were late. Staff was unhelpful. Sorry Papa, probably going to take my business somewhere else the next time I get hungry for a slice.

I’m am a pizza conesour and most commercial pie snobs love Papa Johns. Its is seemingly perfectly cranked out like a pizza sweat shop. They always look alike– no character!
We do order there because its close to my husbands commute to just order and pickup en route.
The usual order is a supreme, a pepperoni/jalapeño/pineapple pizza and a regular order of bread stix. 35 $
They always get it right and the sauce is definitely canned. So if this is your plate of pie and you need dependability Papa Johns is your spot.
Be gloriously defiant and search Unilocal for local pies if you want to taste okc

The management at this location have turned us off of this pizza chain. They are rude and some days will deliver to us, some days won’t. We live in the historic district – a very safe, beautiful area with upscale homes – but because we are in the historic district they keep telling us that it’s not safe to deliver to us.
We even called a different Papa Johns and spoke to the manager; he was shocked at their behavior and would have sent a pizza our way but was too far away.
Hopefully you will have a better experience. Perhaps carryout is easier with them.
But if you are craving Papa John’s, order from a different location.

I use this place all the time. Usually they are really cool, and the delivery drivers are super nice. But the girl I just got off the phone with was rude… hung up after she got the credit card number. This hasn’t been the first time. I’m thinking they might get a lot of questions about coupons or something, because they never want to talk about coupons or deal offerings. They aren’t always on time… I don’t know maybe they will redeem themselves and give me a free pizza and a happy person on the phone… but I’m not holding my breath.
