I was in search of a very specific item when I came to the store. Wireless headphones. The associate that approached me was young, but VERY helpful. However, when another customer came in and he didn’t immediately leave me to go help that guy, the manager started yelling at him in front of everyone in the store! I asked him if he thought that was appropriate to scold his employees in front of an audience and then he became very rude toward me. I walked out and 2 others followed me. I refuse to shop at a place that finds it acceptable to treat their employees AND customers in such a manner. Never again.
