The service at this location is always quick and friendly, no matter how long the line is. I can go here at lunch hour and not have to worry about the line. And they never forget anything that I order!

After purchasing my coffee they informed me it would be 5 minutes because they didn’t have any ready. That’d normally be fine, but they knew before I ordered and didn’t inform me. After about 4 – 5 minutes they told me it’d be 5 min because they had to go to the storage room and get some. Didn’t exactly feel like the priority.

I give this Chick-​fil-​a 5stars because, they truly go above and beyond for their customers. CFA is known for their customer service experience and for their phrase «my pleasure.» This CFA lives up to both of those qualities and more. It is in the mall food court so you wouldn’t expect any service after you have received your order, but they almost always have someone walking around taking away your trash, refilling your drinks, and making sure everything went well with your order. Great job guys! Keep your «heart» work going!

Super fast service and top notch quality food! I am from the Bay Area but have had the pleasure of eating at a few different locations around the country. This stop still serves me well.
Try the cookies n cream milkshake. It’s guaranteed to blow your mind. Or at least satisfy your sweet tooth.

Mhmm chick-​fil-​a is always good, this place has a pretty quick service. They were really fast to get my order right too after they messed it up.

Love this place, however I always want to go here the most on Sundays. Maybe one day, maybe…

Hopefully this is for the right Chik-​Fil-​A that’s in Quail Springs Mall. Really not a whole lot to say about fast food chains, but I figure that since it is one of my favorite places (if not for nostalgia), I’d give some deference to that fact and rate this place.

Located in Quail Springs Mall and close to where I was staying in Edmond on Memorial. Can’t really complain. The food court is on the very bottom level and there are some neat dining tables in the shape of antique cars.
Service: 4 out of 5
Overall, I find that because of Chik Fil A’s business model tying in so much with the philosophy that all people should be treated well (notice I’m not getting into the religious aspect here), even if the people who work at Chik Fil A aren’t as fast as putting out the food, they seem to have a better countenance and demeanor. I found this location to be no different, and I applaud them for that.
Quality of food: 4 out of 5
What’s there to complain about? Tender lightly breaded chicken. Waffle fries. Need I say more?
Pricing: 3 out of 5
Probably a little pricier than other fast food places, but for the quality I think it’s well worth it. And, you get free refills at this location. Didn’t look like too many of the other food court places offered this deal.
Overall: 4 out of 5
Completely satisfied. I could probably copy and paste this same review for all restaurants nationwide, but I’m not going to do that.
