I always have great experience here. Easy and casual dining. Food are made to order. It makes a big difference. Today I tried their hot dog and it is great too.

This place is AMAZING. First time being here and i have to admit i was worried I wouldn’t like it, but that was quickly changed when i walked in. You’re greeted with a smile and a nice and warm atmosphere. Its alittle on the expensive side but i believe its worth it. I got the bacon cheeseburger with fries and a med drink for 13.69 which i was bummed about … Until i got my food! You get a VERY large serving of fries which i still cant finish lmao, and a huge burger that i almost couldn’t finish (and may i say the burger was delicious) they give all the free peanuts you want and the drink selection for amazing as well. Every thing was clean and all together a 5 star meal.

It was hot as hell inside and the workers was talking about customers as they left the girl got my order wrong and food was small and meat undercooked! I will never eat here again! Way overpriced and workers are rude!!!

My first visit to this «Five Guys» was at 3:30pm on New Years Day. It was empty, but the staff was quick to greet, cook and serve — bonus!
We ordered the cheese dog and regular cheeseburger with fries. I had forgotten how large the regular cheeseburger was and with the double patty, it was too much. However it was good, as usual for a five guys. I just need to remember to order the single patty cheeseburger next time.
I also forgot how many french fries are served with an order and as you can see from my pictures, a party of four would not need to get more than one order of fries.
Overall, I think five guys has a good burger and I love the fresh-​cut fries, just save yourself some money and get the single patty and one order of fries to share about two or three people.

Great burger experience. In the world of hamburgers, there are places that are gourmet (where you pick meat, bread, cheese and each condiment from a cultivated list) and those that are fast, greasy and easy. Five Guys is the latter. The easy/​greasy category is often filled with pre-​fab, pre-​frozen everything. Five Guys does it right. Big, juicy burgers and fresh cut fries. The burgers are filled with flavor and topped with all sorts of goodies… even lettuce so you can tell yourself that you are getting a veggie serving. The fries still have some skin on them and are hot and tasty.
Bonus… feeling peckish while you wait? Have some peanuts in the shell.
Overall, great fast food experience. Well worth the calories.

Went here for the first time on a date last week.
I was a little confused when the boyfriend ordered fries and then turned to me and said dont order fries.
Lesson learned: don’t question the boyfriend :)
The burgers were delicious, and the fries, my goodness a regular feeds 3 – 4 easily. We couldnt finish them.
I will continue to give my business to Five Guys, because the employees are friendly and smiling :)

Mediocre at best. Burgers were fast food burgers so greasy and messy, cheese was not melted, and skimped on the“free” toppers. $ 43 bucks for 4 burgers and 1 fry and drinks is ridiculous. The location is good and the access was easy.

Had a great experience here. Service was friendly and the food came out quickly. I’ve waited upwards of almost half an hour at the Northwest Expressway location if there is only a couple orders ahead of me. I mean the food there is still great, but takes forever to get. At this location, there were about five orders ahead of us (for several people each), and we still got our food in less than 10 minutes. The burgers were perfectly cooked, but the fries were just a tad overcooked this time. Normally we never have a problem with them. Nothing terrible, though. One thing about the fries — they serve a LOT. A regular order is more than plenty to feed a few people. We usually eat some there, and take the rest home to snack on later that night, or pop them in the oven for a few minutes the next day.

I’m a big Five Guys fan. Consistently great food. This location is really good. People are really friendly and they actually seem a bit faster than other Five Guys I’ve experienced.

Not that impressed. Burger did not live up to hype, fries had too much salt on them. For a cheese burger, the cheese should have been melted on the burger, it wasn’t. Music was way too loud. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

For what they charge for these burgers and fries, it should have been BOMB. However, the burgers were mediocre, not very flavorful at all and the fries were straight out of the fryer and still soggy and not even very tasty. I was extremely disappointed in the flavors. I would pay $ 2.50 for this burger and $ 1 for the fries but instead, it my husband and I paid about $ 24 for two cheeseburgers, one fry and 2 sodas.

Way over priced!!! Average size burger for $ 7 not including fries. Resturant is similiar to the Freddies resturants with no icecream, not even milkshakes! They use natural local ingredients when available.

To eat vegan here just get a sandwich with veggies only and top with ketchup or mustard. There will probably be some mixing with the meats as I don’t think they have a dedicated grill space for veggies. So if you’re super strict, be warned!

I sent a FB message to the owners with all the issues I ran into. They sent me a message back and requested my phone number so they could have their customer service manager call me. I never received a call. A couple of days later a friend of mine mentioned he ate there that week. I asked him what he thought and he said all the same things I had issues with. Its really too bad. I don’t think I’ll go back. :(
