Wow drive thru 1 hour to get to your food! I never seen that before. They offer me a free drink but I’d rather get my food faster.

I personally think this is one of the nicest locations Taco Bell has in town. Do not come here for lunch as it gets crazy busy and you might spend your whole lunch break in line. If you are in the mood for a late craving… This is your place. It seems to me like they have a high staff turnover as every time I come i see different faces, but the food is always warm and the orders come out right.

Thought 45 minutes would be plenty of time to eat before work via drive through. I was wrong. Didn’t get food and was late to work…

I know every fast food line has bad days, but I have been sitting in this line for 43 minutes so far(yes, I’m embarrassed to admit that I am sitting in the Taco Bell line), but there is not a way out! More than a little frustrating!

It’s Taco Bell, yes we all know it. But this location has a super friendly crew right now & are enjoyable. The only get a 3 because their attention to detail(items you ordered) is poor. Check your bag & remember they make minimum wage before you blow up & post something stupid.(IMO)

Unbelievably slow. So slow, it’s actually somewhat impressive that they can pull it off. Worth the drive down to the 6801 N May location to avoid frustration, unless you are in the frame of mind to just stand back and appreciate the slowness.

Slowest Taco Bell ever! Once you are in the drive-thru line, you can’t get out! They seriously need to hire more people. I won’t be back.

Service was slow and the cheese wasn’t fully melted in my quesadilla. It was late though and maybe they got unexpectedly busy.
