Lo. Peor que hay en restaurantes de comida de mariscos pura comida de. Lo mas corriente la. Semana pasada fuimos a comer al lugar que esta en tijuana cuak vienen. Siendo. Los. Mismos. Duenos la. Comida terrible todo un. Azco el. Servicio. Tambien de. Lompeor. Patece que usan todo de. Lo mas corriente que hay en. Marcas decomida. Que lastima. Pero tenemos mas obciones mariscos el kiki. lonchera el prieto. No pierdan su dinero en este. Lugar no vale la pena es un azco

Gross food I went there for lunch, took over 45 minutes for my food to come out and when it did it was still undercooked. Big mistake in coming here. Robertos across the street is way better.

We came into Negro durazo on a Friday night. We first got into the door nobody greeted us or even said hi to us. We went to sit down at a dirty table and they did come clean it up for us after about 5 mins of sitting there. It took forever for us to be greeted. We sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to come give us menus. I got irritated and w went up to get some myself. My drink took forever along with my food. Baes had to wait to eat because mine was lagging it. The food is amazing. Great spot to go chill and drink with the homies tho. But service is shit! The reason i would go back would be for the food and drinks

went in Saturday night so i expected to be loud from the live band so i can not take away a star for that, i will say this the music was LOUD. now for the food, it was great, it was spicy and delicious, why the loss of a star? the service was a bit slow (loss of ½ star) and the price was a bit expensive (loss the other ½ star) but i will be back, i will try another day when not so loud.

Horrible customer service ! Ordered oysters and they were made with Clamato, and the server would not fix them.

Todo muy rico, recomiendo el clamato exótico del Negro, la verdad todo lo que ordenamos muy rico, nomas que se pasan con la banda el lugar es muy chico así que no ocupan poner bocinas xq la verdad es muy incomodo estar comiendo con la música altísima, ojalá tomen encuenta el comentario

This place is a must when looking for some bomb fried fish tacos. They come with two corn tortillas good portioned fish fillet, cabbage, and ranch. So simple yet so good! The food here is really good. I’ve had the Philadelphia Shrimp, ceviche, coctel de camaron, and the fried shrimp. This is the only place my husband will eat fish tacos at. He doesn’t eat fish at all, except here. The beer is obviously a good selection. They have a weekly special, a pitcher of BL or Pacifico for under $ 8! Good deal! I try to go when the Mexican Banda isn’t playing, it’s hard to hold a conversation over the loud singing. The service could be better. Maybe a little more attentiveness and friendliness. They kind of just take your order and drop off your food. I have had one really good server here, but I feel like they should all be like that. Anyway, go try them out! Fish tacos are great and cheap!

Poor women that work there can’t follow directions. No cooked tomatoes and onions? What do they bring? Food with cooked tomatoes and onions. Morons!

This place was pretty good. I got the kids meal shrimp because I’m not a big sea food fan and it was pretty good. I liked the fries. The only thing was we went on a Thursday and they started playing loud mariachi music around 4 pm and we went for a casual sit down place to talk. I guess we should have checked again next time. I didn’t pay but it seemed really pricy. The chips were really good a couple were stale but they were nice and salty. The chairs and tables are kind of crowded together and not that comfortable. So overall it’s an o.k. place.

My favorite place to hang out. The absolute best margarita I’ve ever had made by Ivan. I come once a week to have some great food and enjoy a drink.

My friends and I had an amazing experience. The service was excellent! The food is delicious! Especially the agua chiles. I definitely recommend it! Leti is the best! She was very personable and charismatic.

tacos were good but it took forever to get them and it was really expensive, they should move to a city with people with more money, the are in the wrong city!!!

Came all the way from DTLA just to give them a try and oh woooww I’m impressed!!! Customer service was excellent EDY was our waiter very atentive!!! Live music, what else can yoy ask for? I’m from Nayarit and I know about seafood and this guys went beyond my expectations… HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! ARRIBA MARISCOS EL NEGRO DURAZO!!!

The food at negro durazo is tasty but the headache from their horrible customer service is not worth your time.
It took the waiter 20 minutes to come to my table and get my order, despite the restaurant being nearly empty.
During my 40 minute wait for my fish tacos I had ordered, I had to ask the waiter 3 times if he could bring me more chips and salsa. When he finally did bring more chips, he rudely tossed them on the table and didn’t bother to bring salsa as well like I had asked. I was bothered at that point so I didn’t care to ask him again.
The food was delicious, or maybe I was just extremely hungry because of the ridiculous wait.
I went to go pay and asked if they could split the check, the woman in the front rudely told me «well in this restaurant we do not split checks». When I paid she rolled her eyes at me and went to the kitchen mocking me with her coworkers.
This was not my first time going to negro durazo, but it was definitely my last. Their customer service has not always been the best but I never thought it would go that far.
I would not recommend anyone to go to Negro Durazo. If you’re craving mariscos, Perhaps you should check out El titanic or Karinas instead. :-)

The best appetizers is the Maleficio. I enjoy this place to have an appetizer and beer. The music is great, makes me feel like I’m in Mexico back in the days.
Ask for the habanero sauce, you won’t regret it!

I came last week with my parents, my boyfriend and my kids. We saw the reviews and chose to come and try it out. Biggest mistake ever! We were the first out of two other guests to get there. Let’s just say it took them an hour to finally get our food. By then my kids were annoyed of being there and we were full of chips and salsa. I complained of the wait and I wanted to know why two separate people already got their food before us. No answer. When we did get our food it looked and tasted like crap! They gave us rotten rice! I asked our waiter when was the rice made. Uhhh well uhhh uhhhh was his answer. I said it tasted like it was rotten. I then said try it, taste the rice that was served to my kids and family. He said no. If there’s nothing wrong with the rice and its fine why won’t you taste it?! My dad spent $ 160 all they gave us was two cheesecakes to make up for it. What they should of done is not charge us because none of us ate the piece of shit food we were served. You should be ashamed of serving people let alone two small toddlers the food you served us!

What’s a Mexican girl to do on a hot Sunday evening… I was craving seafood, but not sushi, I wanted spicy fresh seafood and a cold beer with clamato. And most important I didn’t want to break the bank.
After going back and forth on my Unilocal I came across Negro Durazo, saw PE’s 5 star review and off I went to Chula Vista.
Medium sized restaurant, the «Norteño» was playing live, and there was someone ready to take us to our table.
I’m not a fan at all of the Banda or Norteño music and thankfully this only lasted about 5 mins.
I ordered a tostada that was the speciality of the house. Once I got it I was a bit confused, they brought it in a little bowl and they gave me a packet of tostadas.
I forgot about the confusion once I tasted my spicy shrimp and scallop ceviche!
The marlin taco was great too.
I took a few spoonfuls of my friend’s seafood coconut which is the best thing ever! It’s a seafood cocktail but inside a coconut with fresh coconut chopped inside your cocktail.
Took another bite of my other friend’s spicy shrimp taco, perfect balance of spicy, garlicky, creamy cilantro sauce and the crunchiness of the cabbage.
My beer was cold as ice and loved the spicy tamarindo rim on my glass with clamato.

Un lugar para gente corriente. Una de mis peores experiencias … mi pareja pidio un molcajete de mariscos y venian mas pepinos que nada oviamente réclame yo pendi un huachinango sarandeado y no sabia mal pero sumamente pequeno y la mitad de elnplato lleno de ensalada y mas pepino … y lo peor de la noche fue cuando empezo a tocar la vanda .es un lugar pequeno y con una bocina a todo el volumen no podia escuchar a mi acompaniante … no lo recomiendo para nada.

El Negro Durazo! Great Mexican seafood, had a couple of tacos El Gobernador taco and El Durazo taco they were the bomb! They were up there with my other favorite taco place you guys know where I’m talking about. Great place to come and eat some mariscos, drink some beers with the hayna and watch soccer oh yeah and listen to some loud Mexican music. The salsa they give you with the free salsa and chips is freaking hot! I love it! Makes me want to drink more Coronas! You also get a free cup of consomé.

My friend and i were looking for a Mariscos place that was open past 9pm on a weekday since we decided we had a craving for it at 830pm lol. We ended up here.
The oysters negro durazo style were awesome as well as the aquachilles verde AND a great michelada!!! Yay
The mocajete (tierra y mar) sucked! 4 pieces of shrimp and 4 strips of thin meat with 4 pieces of cheese for $ 20. Do not order it! It did noy taste good at all. The waiter tried to make it up to us, but failed when he had the cook whip up a shrimp taco that was disgusting!

Great food at a great price. Try the pescado frito. Get the red snapper. Only downside is it gets super loud during primetime but that comes with the turf. You must be able to tolerate blisteringly loud banda unless you go early. Everything is very fresh and tasty
