Burger King

I haven’t been to a Burger King in ages and I came to this one about weeks ago with my girls and it was the worst experience ever! There was only one person ahead of me in line and all we ordered was a grill chicken sandwich combo and two shakes– vanilla and chocolate. We waited for nearly 30 minutes and I noticed at least three people who ordered after me get there food before us. I went to the counter and told them to have our order to go since service took forever. The girl gave us one wrong shake so we had to wait even longer for the correct one. When I got home, my chicken sandwich was cold and the tomatoes were gross and soggy. I threw my sandwich away after two bites. I will never go back there again!

The service takes to long in the drive thur and most time I come here my order is wrong

I haven’t had a good experience here in probably the last 5 years, but I give them a shot usually 2 – 3 times a year cause my kids like Burger King and it’s close to the house. It’s ran down and the dining room is always dirty and I don’t allow my children to use the nasty bathroom. It usually smells so we opt to eat outside. I placed the order and specifically said «both Whoppers w/​cheese. Plain. Only with cheese.» Well, both Whoppers were without cheese and had all the fixings. I brought them back to the counter where the worker argued with me and said I never said that, which he wasn’t paying attention anyway because he was too busy conversing with his coworkers. He caused a scene and slammed dunked the burgers in the garbage and went to make two new ones, which I stood watch because I was afraid he would retaliate. Then he threw them down the slide and then chucked them in the tray and still argued with me. Lucky for him my kids were with me! Made my kids hurry and eat cause the group of tweekers that were inside, followed us outside and were obnoxious! That’s it! Done ski! Never go here unless you want some Jerry Springer entertainment!

So lets just say there’s never been a good experience at this location. But why do I keep coming back? Because I am too lazy to drive to the other BK. Anyways I arrive at burger king earlier this evening and It seemed like I rolled up to the scene of a horror movie instead of the drive through. Im talking lights flickering, drive thru menu all shattered, creeps walking around not a pleasant place to be at a later hour. I find myself waiting so long at the drive thru that I was wondering if the place was closed. As I am about to leave the lady finally responded to me and took my order. As I pull around to the window very meticulously since their curbs are very deadly to one with nice wheels, I find myself at the window for am extra ten minutes before the lady came and took my money. I spent an additional fifteen minutes waiting until I received my foods. I get home and Upon retrieving my tacos and nuggets I then discovered that they very sloppily tossed my food in the bag with a quickness that all my nuggets and tacos were out of their pouches and all spread across the bag. And I hope this place burns. I’ll still come back though. Ten nuggets for $ 1.50 ! Hell yeah

So I came here 4 months ago I waited in the drive thru for 30 mins. I couldn’t get out of the line because of the set up, I told my self never again. Today I decided to give it another try (drive thru) I’m waiting to order, I get a «can I help you?» Very rude, (if you don’t like your job it’s not my fault) anyways it took 10 mins to take a very simple order. I pull up to the window I hand her my credit card, she takes the card then hands me a board with my receipt to sign, but behind my receipt is 3 other receipts with people’s full printed names and signatures… so I wait 5 more minutes she hands me the food and is ignoring me. As I hand her the board I told her very nicely to please take my receipt off the board because my signature and full printed name is on the receipt. She gave me attitude and looks away. Call me paranoid but this is so wrong. This is definitely my last time here.

If the Burger King had a actual kingdom, this location would be the leper colony since there’s not one capable pair of hands in the place.
I’ve never been to a «fast food» restaurant that made me regret going there before i ate their food, besides that the Wildebeest that i assume was the shift manager is downright rude. There’s nothing more disrespectful than a hood rat that gave up on their existence coping attitude and talking to their co-​workers in Spanish because they assume you don’t understand oh, and because their life sucks… but i digress, i implore the owners of this branch of the Burger Kings realm to either restaff or get some sort of training for this «special» BK team.
I won’t be returning to this purgatory of bad decisions, as I’m sure many others won’t either judging from three other reviews. Which is good since these dingleberries of society nearly made me late for work where all i ordered was one value meal, IT SHOULD NOT TAKE ALMOST A HALF HOUR FOR ONE WHOPPER MEAL YOU TWIT ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE’S PRACTICALLY NOBODY THERE BUT ME!
In closing, stay in school kids, or else you’ll be slangin French fries and fake fish sandwiches.

Worst BK ever!!! Gone there twice and both times ended horribly. Never gone to one that was so disorganized. Home of the ½ hour minimum drive through.

Fast food restaurant? More like slow food restaurant.

I only come here for the coffee. Basically, for $ 1.09 (including tax), you get 12 oz cup of Seattle’s Best! Served hot and pretty strong!
3-​stars because I love the location (convenience) from where my office is located, and for the coffee (Seattle’s Best). Also, they seem to acknowledge that I’m a ‘regular’ customer and provide me with a friendly greeting.
Again, the location for me is perfect. It’s within a 5 minute walk. And, I can’t complain much for the service — they’ve always handled my order correctly.
The bano is relatively clean, so that deserves another star rating!
On a side note, they used to have free wi-​fi at this particular location for awhile, and it was heavily promoted by the store. Then, for some unknown reason it was removed. Minus one star!

The BK Big Fish sandwich was way under-​done, the fish was slimy, and bun was soggy as a result… down right gross! I’ve never had a burger king meal as bad as this one. Avoid this place.
