Rally’s

Please note that this review is for the Rallys on 3^rd and Naples and for this visit only. Any other time Id rate them as 4 stars. I got tired of the same old places that I usually go to so I did a quick search and saw that Rallys has a 4 for $ 4. When I got there there was no signage nor mention of 4 for $ 4 on menu. I asked about it. They didnt have it. I called Corporate. The lady that took my call was nice but made no offer to copensate me for my time. Just thanks. I know I usually write longer more well thoughtout reviews but I have to go fond something to eat.

Stopped by yesterday usually really satisfied with the service but no the cashier & manager were so rude laughed in my face when i couldnt get a spicy chicken with buffalo sauce on it. The manager gave me a dirty look i think her name was amber i was mid sentence when she walked away from twice and ignored me when i said i was talking to her super rude left without getting anything never going bacm just cuz of that manager!!!

This is the best fast food burger joint going. The burger is stuffed with all the good things and the fries were served hot and were spiced just right. There are a lot of things on the menu but the burger and fries combo is about the best value I have seen in burger drive-​thrus. I did not give this place five stars as after all, it is fast food. But, I give stars based on category.

We decided to come as a family to rallys today. Food was actually pretty awesome i had a #2 a bacon cheeseburger baes had the big buford and the kids each had their little chicken nugget balls and french fries box for $ 3. Usually we would pay like $ 35 at jack at the crack and the food isint even that good like rallys. Loved it cheap prices for good food??? Shitttt any day!

Menu sign said chicken box bites $ 2 so it sounded like a good deal
When we ordered we were told they were $ 3 or did we have a coupon? Sign didn’t say a coupon was needed.

I had great service with the drive thru lady I even got her name Christina. very nice very well spoken the food was good love there fries

Gal on the register was super nice! I completely changed my order and she stayed polite and understanding. Food was ok, but customer service was excellent!

My babe and I came here last night. He got a burger and the banana split shake. I ordered chili cheese fries and a banana shake. Both shakes were excellent. The burger was good and the chili cheese fries were so bomb! The gal who rang us up was friendly and served up our food with a smile.

Food was cold the hamburger bun was not even warm. And the girl at the drive thru seems like she was having a bad day.

I just went through there and got some food, got all the way back home and they gave me the wrong sandwich which was disgusting I ordered a cheeseburger and they gave me a fish sandwich that was dry and old, I tried to call their facility and it only goes to a fax machine, if you want low-​quality food horrible service and no way to complain… Then you found your place!

I remember Rally’s having really good burgers «back in the day», it saddens me to know that I only go for the fries now.

Tried the burger. it was okay. (Yes, just okay-​compared to in n out burgers. sorry rally’s but I’ll always be an in n out fan). I also tried the banana milkshake. it was «eh». Didn’t really give my mouth a kick, like I expected. The only thing that I approve of. and most likely will order when I go: the cinnamon apple pie! Omg. They are out of this world! It’s like they take a regular apple pie. and they deep fry it. then after all that happens, they roll it in cinnamon. It really reminds me of eating a churro at Disneyland. except there’s apple filling. But be very careful. The inside of it is really hot! Don’t burn yourself, trying to chow down a perfectly delicious deep fried cinnamon apple pie. I like their fries too. kinda resembles jack in the box curly fries (flavor-​wise). I’ve only been here a couple of times. I don’t live in the area. I came here to grab some food while I was in town to visit. If I ever crave for those awesome pies, I’ll probably drive to the nearest location, which is in L.A., if I’m not mistaken. Giving one star. per item that I mentioned. To me, it just seems like any other burger joint. Can’t beat the original In n out burgers.

I’ve been here a few times now and I gotta say, Its great. They are one of the few places that accept calfresh. Speedy with orders, friendly and affordable. The names of the burgers are pretty cute as well, so is the bag. Plenty of parking and they now have two drive thrus. Shout out to Jonathan for such excellent service. Friendly, professional.

I came in Saturday night/​Sunday morning. I didn’t catch the guys name but he gave me great service & was very polite! Thank you again! (He was the young man at the drive thru window)

I give this Rally’s only two star for the chili dog that was over nuked in the microwave. The bun was so tuff that my dog didn’t eat it.
Last time I will go to this location Rally’s.
I unfortunately went back for a sandwich. The fat dude (Joshua) at the window was so slow, it got on my nerves. There was one car behind me. That’s it. Took them forever to make two BLT’s. Sorry I came back.

Even tho I know it’s an introduction type job, waiting in line (outside) and seeing the drive thru line pass on like crazy… While I still wait to order a medium fry, Just 1. And just that. It took over 20… Omar was in charge and it looked like chaos. I live down the street and very disappointed. All I wanted was a medium fry.

Horrible service. Cold bun and the workers had attitudes. Only the store manager knew what customer service is about. #Wack.

I’m sad to post this one l, I love rally’s I really do but this particular visit I found a long hair wrapped up inside the meat of my burger and my fries were cold, also my drink was water mixed with coke aka coke lol. I’ll honestly be driving to IB for my rally’s fries cravings.

NOT what I remember…
Growing up for the latter years of my youth in south SD, there was a time when Rally’s were everywhere, and they were the best seasoned fries around.
Fast forward too many years, and their locations are harder to find than a pay phone booth, and now I realize why.
Those wonderful season fries, along with everything else on their menu that I tried, comes with enough grease to lube an axel, and that isn’t a good thing. Eating a simple combo here made me want to schedule an appointment with my cardiologist. Ugh…
If you need fast food that taste decent but comes with a heart association warning, then by all means eat here, it tastes good, but good god…

Another place that beings back childhood memories. Well almost. We had Checkers on the Easf coast. Some except for some naming conventions.
I always appreciated that Checkers/Rally’s seasoned their burgers well and that their fries were coated and seasoned. I had the American melt special. Very good except that the burger could benefit from using the ¼ pound patties instead of the smaller ones to improve the meat to bun ratio.
Per their format, this location is dual drive through with outside seating for walk up customers. The location is clean, service is prompt and the food is good.
