Starbucks

Late night coffee needed after a filling dinner in the same shopping center. Not very busy the late time we arrived. Went straight to the cashier and immediately placed our orders. Wasn’t really looking for a bite to eat, but glanced over at the case and it was practically empty. My friend order a tall iced coffee and a grande cold brew vanilla sweet cream. Drinks were made in minutes. We headed out to the patio to chat and catch up. The patio seating is nice and clean, and at this time in the evening really nice. After stirring my drink, all I really tasted was more of the cream and no sweet vanilla. Last time I ordered this, it was sweeter and a little creamier. I was too lazy to go back to have them add more vanilla and cream.
Parking was still a bit hectic for the evening. The parking area close to Dickey’s had more available parking spots.
I needed to use the restroom, but they blocked it with the condiment cart. Grrrr! Why are they blocking the restroom?! What if guests need to use it? It’s still operating hours! So they recommended to go to Subway! WTH?! So not happy.

Love this Starbucks location because it is so spacious! If there is no room inside, you can sit outside. There are tables with umbrellas and a small fountain. There is also a fire place outside which is turned on at night. It has a nice ambiance. This location is a good place to study, read a book, or just catch up with friends over coffee. There are some soft seats inside and free wifi.
My favorite drink is the ice caramel macchiato with soy. Service is quick and the staff is friendly. If you have the Starbucks app, you can place a mobile order and it will be ready when you arrive.

This Starbucks is always my go to! I never had a complaint about this place and they always get my order perfect.

I don’t usually go to Starbucks but I love this location. The staff is so friendly and even when they’re busy they always get things done right

The employees there are okay. But, I’ve had my drinks with milk instead of soy milk that I specifically asked for. Milk doesn’t do well in my stomach. =(They never have enough choices in their food section like all the other Starbucks do. Good thing is, there never was a long line when I was there several times around 7:50ish in the morning. I’d go back, it’s close to my work.

My favorite Starbucks in the area! Packing can be a hassle sometimes (especially during after 5pm) so park near Del Taco.
All the baristas are so friendly here. And you it doesn’t take you ages to get your drink.

I always get my morning coffee here, very consistent in quality and service. Their lemonade ice green tea is also very good.

Love this coffee never a short line when I come in here.

Great Starbucks here almost everyday the staff is really great and nice has never messed up on my orders

1) Good size Café with plenty of outside seating.
2) Parking is always tight so i park a little away from the café and simply walk.
3) Friendly staff and plenty of light comes in during the day because of their large windows.

I received two lattes when I ordered a mocha. Found out after getting home both times. Ugh!
Received a half-​full venti mocha last night because the barista (taller dark haired guy in his late 20’s) was too lazy to boil a fresh batch of milk. He covered his laziness with three inches of foam. Nice guy.
Found out after getting home again. Damn!
How hard is it? All times there were problems was during the evening shift. I guess that’s when the numbskulls are working.
Lesson learned — don’t go there after 6:00 PM.

This morning 6÷23÷15 I went in for a bagel and I was helped by the male baristo and he was very pleasant, very great customer service! Thank you!

Bad service. One of the worst starbucks I have been to in the west coast.
It is a sin if you order the wrong thing before they even make it…
One of their heavy set Cashiers needs to learn customer service.
Luckily I rarely come to this one and won’t be back anytime soon.

I always receive prompt and courteous service at this location… This location is always clean and well stocked with snacks and sandwiches every time I come here… I really like the outside adjacent seating with covered umbrellas… It’s really nice to hang out and relax outside on a nice day and enjoy one of my favorite things to do… Drinking hot Caffe Americanos with cinnamon!

My neighborhood Starbucks… service is always quick and efficient.
Seating inside and outside in little quad area. Not as much seating as other starbucks locations.

I went to this location about five minutes ago and the service was horrible! I had a 50% off a food item and wanted to make sure I could use it on baked goods. I believe the barista at the register was katelyn or kathryn? not sure but she just responded with an I think? She looked as though she hated her job and wanted to go home. She was leaning to her side on the register, didn’t ask me for name, didn’t say you welcome when I said thank you.
In addition to that, my peach green tea lemonade was so sour I couldn’t even drink it! On the bright side, I was in and out of there within five minutes.

I always have a good customer experience but I just had the worst customer service at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I opened up Unilocal before I even finished up my order.
Julie is so rude, she did not greet me she just stared at me. As I made my order she barely said anything and had this horrible mean mug face the whole time.
What is that? Your job is to greet, take an order, ring it up, then make the drink. Ridiculous dude.
This is not a reflection of any other worker, just her. All the other workers here are extremely sweet and are doing their jobs. I would give this place a 5 star if it wasn’t for this experience.

this used to be my spot, I’d come here a few times a week and the baristas greeted everyone and were super nice. notice the PAST TENSE
I still come at least ²⁄₃ times a month and literally every time they’re rude. and it used to be just one girl but now it’s a few of them. and it’s not just me, they’re just rude in general. I don’t know why I go back… it’s a convenient location. maybe they’ll change?

Quick and friendly and a convenient location.
The barista understood what I wanted when I asked for my skinny green tea latte and confirmed it before finalizing. My drink was prepared quickly and I was able to be on my way within minutes.
I came at an off-​peak time tho… roughly around 10AM, so I’m not sure how this place can be during the morning rush. I’ll know soon enough tho I’m sure as I’ll be around the are more frequently.
The table setup is different from other spots I’ve seen; there’s like a bigger table area and some small ones peppered around the windows. Most of the table seating seems to be outside.
parking is convenient, but I can see it getting worse because it’s shared with all the other restos and shops nearby.
