Frostbites Crepes & Frozen Delights

Let me say I’m not sure how many times I have driven by this place and always said I will go. Well finally at 10:15pm here I am and my god not sure how I ever put this off. Rachel was by far the most patient employee ever and explained it to me several times. The ice cream is amazing and I will come back over and over!!!

This is my first time here and the workers were really friendly while giving me samples of different flavors. I ended up getting the first sample I got which was the watermelon and sour apple sorbet cream. It was really good especially in this hot weather. I’d definitely come here again!

What another amazing experience!
I’ve experienced the wonderful sorbet chill at frostbites in Costa Mesa a number of times and I feel like I’m always trying new combinations here.
After a pool party, a large number of my friends and I gathered here at frostbites for dessert. But the question was: should I get the same or go big and try something else. The answer was simple.
Sorbet chill with taro, lemon, and coconut cream. Man, all the flavor a you’ll get will probably blend well together. That’s what’s amazing about frostbites. Even though each flavor is different, no matter what they’ll all blend together flawlessly.
This location was no exception. In addition to the delicious chill flavors, the service was efficient, workers were nice, and atmosphere is great. Parking may be a pain but there’s always plenty of room if you look. And there’s an outside dining area too!
Overall, another nice experience at a new frostbites location. I love it!

Visited this place for the first time today. The customer service was EXCELLENT. Ysabelle showed us the ropes and gave us endless suggestions of flavor combinations. I didn’t feel pressured to hurry up and select a flavor as you usually do at other ice cream joints. I’m still not sure what concoction I had, but it was AMAZING. I will definitely be back!

Visited for the first time last night and it was a great overall experience. Once my group and I walked in the worker asked if we’ve ever been there before and half of our group have never tried this place so she gave us samples of mixed flavors that would go well together. You’re able to get flavors mixed to taste like chocolate covered strawberries or cereal or candies the list goes on!
I love watermelon so she gave me a few mixes that went well with it. She was so patient with out party of five thank you!
We ended up getting the cream flavored ones which was ice cream added to the Italian ice. Yummy.
Prices were decent and the regular size which is less than $ 5 is already super filling.
Definitely have to go back and try the crepes, they smelled really good!
Only downside is maybe the interior/​sitting area needs a little renewal.

It’s obvious why they have a 4.5 star rating on Unilocal.Their service is incredible! Every single one of the employees were nice and helpful. Offered us samples and were glad to help us figure out what flavor was best for us. Explained what the most popular item was, made sure we got what we wanted, and did it all with a smile. The yogurt was so creamy and yummy, the crêpe was perfectly cooked and decorated with perfection. Will definitely come here more often for dessert.

This sounds like it wouldn’t work, but it REALLY REALLY does. Sorbet and creamy custard. And their service is so amazing! Theyre very generous with their samples and make great recommendedations. Def check this place out! My new favorite dessert.

I’ve been here before not too long ago, but it was my bf first time and he was craving crepes. We waited for a good 5 – 10 minutes in line since there’s where at least 5 – 6 people in front of us with 2 associates only. The associate named Jess was so attentive and so sweet to us. She jumped in the front line to serve us immediately. She gave my boyfriend some samples and sat us down so I can start eating the taro cream I had chosen and ordered while she made our crepes. My bd paid as she finished making his crepes. Being in customer service for 8 years and going shows this place really reflected on proper training for each associates which is very important for a growing business. Keep up the great work, will definitely come back!!! Thank you frostbite team :) we love it, he loves it !!!

The service here always surprises me. So upbeat and helpful. It really adds to the experience. I really appreciate that in a company.
They always greet you right off the bat and offer you samples. The combinations are so creative and fun. We’ve gotten the one that tasted like a sour gummy worm. How cute is that? I personally love the passion fruit; everything here is great though.

I love frostbites! I typically go to the one in Cerritos, but this frosfbites offered the same feel as the other. There’s always someone there to greet you and to walk you through the flavors and offering free samples.
I’m a big fan of tajin and chamoy, so i got those as toppings for my sorbet chill consisting of strawbeery and mango (I wish I got pineapple or lemon as well to provide a bit of a sour taste, but still very delicious!).
Also, I don’t come here often, but it’s worth it to get a stamp card since you get one for every $ 2 spent, so basically 5 orders (and if you come with a friend all the time like I do, it’s really easy to fill out the card).

Don’t let Rita’s ruin frozen custard and Italian ice for you like it did for me. After I had Rita’s, I thought the combo of custard and Italian ice was disgusting, which is why I never gave frostbite a try. My sister wanted ice cream after eating lunch at phở grand so we stopped by here. No one else was planning to get anything at first, but their samples quickly convinced us otherwise. I was surprised how delicious the combo of Italian ice and custard can be! I got the taro and coconut sorbet chill with sorbet cream and I was in dessert heaven! They have plenty of fruity flavors which I’ll be getting next time. Also, don’t forget to get a punch card when you make a purchase. You’ll get a discount off your order once it’s all filled up!

I COULD EAT AT THIS PLACE EVERYDAY! I always get the sorbet cream because the combination of the custard and italian ice is awesome. I’ve tried Rita’s before and while they are similar, frostbites wins hands down. It’s cheaper too.
The service is always top notch. You may have to wait a little bit because the workers there are very friendly, they want to give everyone a sample of whatever want. I’ve never felt rushed and they give great recommendations. ALSO I recently found out that they have tajin now and it tastes great on everything!

My go-​to dessert stop after all that oily, delishiousness at Wang Cho. It’s a good walk right after eating KBBQ, to help with the digestion but for those that are lazy, a quick drive also works. Located at the corner of the Chino Hills Spectrum, it’s right next to Phở Grand and what used to be Philly’s Best. The workers are always very friendly and helpful. I’m one of those tough customers that makes them think a lot since I always ask, «What goes well with _​_​_​_​?» and they have yet to fail me. I’ve had the Flintstone Push Pop, Peach Ring, Sour Gummy Worm, Cactus Cooler, Peanut Butter Cup, you name it. The flavored ice on the top combo’d with the creamy custard is perfectly sweet and not too heavy. Really enjoy the combination and will be back to try more combinations! Keep a hold of your stamp card, after 10 orders, you can get $ 2 off your 11^th order!~
NOTE: 2x stamps on rainy days so don’t miss out on those as well since it rarely rains in SoCal!

So so good, the Flavors and combinations that you can make are endless! I prefer the Reese’s cup which is essentially peanut nut with the swirl custard mixed and the mango passion fruit. I feel a little guilty every time I eat here, but I just can’t help it! They have peanut butter and it’s oh so good!

Frostbites Crepes and Frozen Delights is an Italian ice and crepes shop. There’s several locations in California. This one is located in the Chino Spectrum.
The moment we entered we were greeted immediately. One of the servers asked us if it was our first time and also asked if we wanted to try any samples. I asked for strawberry and she also combined it with vanilla ice cream. She also offered her favorites which include pineapple and watermelon with vanilla ice cream. She also had us try chocolate ice cream with the vanilla ice cream. I also sampled cherry.
There’s a variety of Italian ice flavors to choose from. This includes mango, strawberry lemonade, watermelon, cherry, strawberry, pineapple, sour apple, passionfruit, raspberry, lemon, margarita, orange cream, peanut butter, salted caramel, and coconut cream. They offer the Sorbet Chill which is just the Italian ice and the Sorbet Crème option in which you can combine the Italian Ice with an ice cream base (vanilla ice cream, chocolate ice cream, or vanilla chocolate swirl). Sizes include small, medium, and large. They also make crepes here.
I ordered the Sorbet Chill with Strawberry and Cherry. I didn’t want to add the ice cream as the base because I felt it would be too sweet. Anyway, I really enjoyed the strawberry and cherry flavors. Rich fruity flavors and perfect icy texture. It was easy to scoop and stayed cold without melting. My bf got the Sorbet Chill with Sour Apple and Cherry. He enjoyed it as well.
There’s one long booth with seven tables. There’s also three LCD screens. Two of the screens are the menus and one LCD shows instagram pictures as well as Unilocal reviews for Frostbites. They play some interesting music hits from the early 2000’s including songs from Eminem, Outkast, and Lumidee.
Fantastic service as the server was super friendly. She provided us with a variety of samples and didn’t rush us to order.
Overall, I had wonderful experience here. Refreshing Italian ice with great customer service. Will be back to try more flavors.

Always a five star experience here. The scoopers here are always so patient even after sample after sample.
I keep trying new flavors and all, but tend to go with the sour things.
