Good food. You wouldn’t think a place that specializes in Philly sandwiches would have great turkey sandwiches but in all honesty those are my favorite. Fair prices and quick service.

I am going to go all out and give them 5 stars since they have the best customer service and send out coupons all the time to save even more as well as free fries friday, how can you beat that?
Not being much of a meat eater, especially not beef, this is one place I enjoy it.
I usually get the veggie philly, add meat to have loads of veggies as well as the meat.
Love their regular and garlic fries, onion rings are on point too!
Even the salads are fresh and tasty here if you are trying to keep t light.
Great dining option in the area, filling and cheap!

Their meats (beef and chicken) have lil to no taste. The cheese is what adds flavor. Their bread is soft but it’s suppose to be about the flavor of the «steak». The chicken is especially dull.

Disgusting just Nasty don’t come here the meat has no salt and forgot onions on my food never coming back

This place has a cool Philly vibe to it and the décor is appealing. The customer service, from my experience, was decently average. The prices are roughly a dollar or two over priced. The cleanliness is not so great either, tables were not wiped, floors not mopped and order counter was also dirty. I have to say that the title of the restaurant though is quite undeserving. I’ve had better sandwiches at pizza joints and have made better sandwiches at home. The «steak», though I know is Philly style, resembles the kind of cheap processed steak that subway puts on its sandwiches. The owner should do a lot better to live up to the restaurant’s name, heck I can give him or her advice :) if you want a finger food like place to watch a sports game them this place is ok.

Really yummy cheesesteaks. Cool guys that work there. Vibes are nice. Fries and sub are always served fresh and hot. Need to get some beer up in here though. Go to place for a cheese steaks.

This place is definitely recommended for men, but if you’re a woman and want to come here, you’d better bring your appetite! Their hoagies are exceptional. I would recommend getting the American hoagie… you won’t be disappointed.

I had a few other Philly Cheese Steak places and this place is by far the plainest. It has cheese, meat, and bread. That’s it. If you like it like this, this place will be your center of cheese steak operations.
The only thing I didn’t like about this place was the cheese. It tasted good, but it was seriously overkill. When I took a bite, I feel like I just drank an ounce of melted cheese drizzled on bread, it completely overtook the flavor of the steak. The onions did nothing in its attempts to dethrone the Cheese King of Flavor Kingdom (all hail).
I can tell it’s good stuff, just not for me. It’s just not my cup of cheese tea.

It’s the best food OF IT’S KIND that you will find in the area, and there are a few East-​coast imports you can’t get anywhere else.

Great sandwich, really big. They have Cherry Coke which I love! One star off because it’s really loud in here. Otherwise, highly recommended for lunch

We ordered some cheese steak not too impressed, it was just like any other sandwich. I couldn’t even finish mine because it had more cheese than steak.

Brandon the cashier was very rude & Disrespectful about my home town when he asked about what area I was from since I just moved to the area & It was my first time coming here. I have never felt so disrespected as if I were worth less than him. The first & Last time I will be coming.

UPDATE:
I wanted to be fare and update this review: I did come back to this location after I wrote this review with some other family members. The owner was working that night, and to my surprise was really cool. For the first time since I have been coming to this place he actually spoke to me, joked about my order and had an overall awesome attitude. I really appreciated the interaction made me feel much more welcomed! The food was great as well. Maybe he does read his Unilocal reviews — so I give him credit for the good service… I also increased my overall rating to 5 Stars (from 3)…
If this is any sign of how he will run this place moving forward I think he will have a long lasting, profitable business for year to come!

I have been coming here for the last several years for a cheese steak. The sandwich is good but anytime you have to interface with the owner (I assume he is the owner, he is always here), he has absolutely no personality. They made me a few sandwiches for my kid and me. My kid was really sloppy and light on meat. No worries it happens they are busy. So I bring it up to the counter and rather than getting «hey I am sorry let me fix that», you get a silent reaction of taking the sandwich and just turning away as if I was bothering him.
They did correct really fast and the girl who took it to the table was nice.
But good food is only one part of a dining experience, feeling like they are happy to see you is so much more. If the owner is not happy with his job or lacks personality skills maybe he should not be in the restaurant business.
Sadly this is not the first time I have experienced this and to be honest I think my next cheese steak will be at the cheese steak shop on chino hills parkway… They are new.

The food was bland. I ordered the «Philly’s Best Chicken» and «Philly cheese steak Fries.» The food was just bland and did not taste like anything. Frankly, if this is the ‘best’ that Philly has to offer, I am not impressed. The sandwich and fries tasted like they were missing salt or at the very least some kind of seasoning. That’s probably why they literally have seasoning at the tables: «old bay seasoning.» Service was average. Speed was average. They have a station with pickles and jalapeños, but everything looked and tasted old/​gross. Due to the unappetizing nature of the food I will not be returning. I regret getting food here. Like, seriously, how do you eff up a sandwich? And for the quality of the food, the price is ridiculous. Will not be returning.

Got introduced to this place a few years ago and ever since, no other philly cheese steak has tasted the same. The staff is always friendly and the food is even better! I just love coming here!
There isnt much left to say but this place will never do you wrong!

Went in today because it was the 25^th so all sandwiches were $ 5. I figured I’d try it today that way if I didn’t like it, at least I didn’t pay full price: P
I called in my order and was told 10 minutes. Perfect! It took me exactly 10 minutes to get there. I paid and was handed my sandwich right away. (Looked like they had just wrapped it too) Got some peppers and out the door I went…
I ordered a cheesesteak with grilled onions and cheez wiz. It took me 10 minutes to drive home and my sandwich was so soggy :(I ate some of it anyway and the taste was so disappointing! The bread was okay beside the fact that it was soggy. I’m sure if I had dined in I would have had a better experience with the bread but the meat needs flavor and there was barely any onions on my sandwich. The cheez wiz made the contents pretty goopy too…
Maybe I’m just not cut out for cheesesteaks lol I’ll try Charley’s next! Maybe one day I’ll make my way to Philly and try the real deal: P

Ok, so their fries are still bland but I have found out that their onion rings takes care of that for me.
I usually get a Philly’s best (grilled onions, cheese, peppers and mushrooms). All of it is pretty tasty and the bread is great too.
The tables were a bit dirty but they were busy with orders. The staff is nice, new people since I think the older lady was training some of the staff when I went there recently.

OMG! This is what heaven tastes like. For the record, I’m a huge fan of Philly’s Best. Been to several location over the years and each is consistently awesome. My go to meal is the cheese steak and a side of onion rings. The onion rings are really good, did I mention really good.
The cheese steaks are freakincredible. The meat, the cheese, the bread are all so tasty. The bread makes a sandwich and the bread here is off the hook. If somebody told me that angels delivered the bread every morning, I’d believe them. Come hungry leave happy.
