1) Owners and employees who are very nice and personable
2) Price is fair
3) Close to home
Oh, the negatives!
1) Old décor makes the place look and feel dirty.
2) The fumes are overwhelming.
3) They reuse all their tools and do not sterilize. The biggest NO NO!
I am honestly worried about whether or not I contracted something. Never again.

BEST NAIL SALON EVER… Anna and Knock are wonderful!!! I will never go anywhere else to get my no-​chip mani or pedi ever, unless Anna decides to retire but we still many years to go!!! Wonderful place a MUST go!

I got a gift certificate for Christmas from a family member that had heard good things about this place. Since I am new to the area I have tried out 2 places I found on Unilocal that I loved esp «hot nails» so when I was told by a local that this place was a good place plus they gave me a gift certificate I was very excited to go here. I took my 7 year old daughter to get manicures and pedicures to say I was very unsatisfied before I even gotten the nail polish remover for my toes. Yes I will be the first to say that I’m very very picky, but the decore means nothing to me as long as you do a great job. The guy that works there seems like he does not want a lot of business. I know they were short handed that week because I made it a point to ask so I could have a better understanding of why they operate so poorly but I watched him discourage people that came in the door as walk ins about how long the wait would be when realistically it wasn’t that long. The girl that works there is very friendly and she did an amazing job removing the calluses on my feet but I was not impressed what the polish on my toes. They don’t even put lotion on your feet unless you pay an extra $ 10 for a deluxe pedicure. It also looks as if only one of the pedicure chairs function properly because the chair that was right next to me or my daughter was sitting waiting for her turn had residual water coming up from the drain when the water was left out of my tub. Along with the dirt under my fingernails that was left I feel like my toes were quickly passed over and not properly cleaned. I don’t normally get a like almost clear polish on my nails but I didn’t want to hate the situation anymore than I did already. I would never recommend this place to anyone

I get a great manicure here at this nail salon. They are very good. The décor isn’t anything fabulous, but the prices are great. 30 for a mani pedi.

Ana is a doll. She is so nice and makes small talk and is funny. She did a great job on my nails. I got a pedicure and she was very fast and efficient. She massaged my feet and legs with some exfoliator. Then, I got a hand polish change. Lime green for the summer! Wonderful place and service!

Been coming here for YEARS! Ana is super friendly and outgoing. I love their service. The actual mani/​pedi is outstanding. They leave my hands and feet baby soft! I only wish their product would stay on longer. They def need better quality polishes. I now bring in my own polish so that my mani’s last a bit longer.

Location is great, serivce: communication (guy) okay, (lady Ana) great she is friendly and moves quickly. Product can be better. The man can be rough, the lady does a good job, but for some reason within less than 2 weeks you notice that your hair is getting stuck to your nails ! I’ve been to other places and that is not the case (diffrentl city) so if they can figure out how to make sure their product stays on for 2 weeks or more that will be great,
