Blonde bartender and blonde waitress were awesome. They were attentive and customer service oriented. They seem to like their jobs and know how to take care of their customers properly. However, the brunette bartender is terrible. She ignored me on 3 separate occasions and was quite slow. Seemed more interested in showing off body parts and flirting with drunks than doing her job. Blonde bartender saw me and even with hands full took care of me. I’d recommend anyone not drunk to come here and hang with the others. Drunks stick to the bad bartender. First ever Unilocal review.

Came here Wednesday night because my friend’s indoor volleyball team is sponsored by them. The bar is a decent size, just your typical Wrigley pub with a pool table, giant Jenga, and beer pong table. It was a pretty fun time and we stayed till close. They had free bingo which was pretty entertaining and if you won they gave out free prizes. Staff was super friendly.

Located on the northern tip of the wrigleyville strip of bars and watering holes(two doors south of the Metro), this Irish Pub gets it done with good drink specials and off menu food items. Tell the Chef you’re looking for something spicy and he’ll throw some ghost peppers in your chicken tenders. The atmosphere is pretty good on non game nights. Decent crowd, lots of TV’s, pool table and life sized Jenga for those of you willing to test the steadiness of your hands after a few shots. Although I typically despise that stretch of bars, the Full Shilling is a great place to kick back and drink a few.

I used to be in Wrigleyville all the time in my younger years as I used to work at Wrigley Field. I saw bars come and go, but this one stayed and stood the test of time. I came in to remember an old coworker from Wrigley and others we had lost. Had a few beers(great prices) and a burger which was amazing! So good! Juicy and hot. The tots that came with the burger were amazing. Bartenders are amazing and had a long conversation with one named«Meatball» who was great guy. The place is great which looks like it was 2 separate storefronts at a time but the bartenders are always alert to which side had customers. The bar goes all the way around into both rooms with tables and stools all around. Plenty of room. Overall great experience. They have daily specials so don’t be afraid to ask the bartenders. I believe I went on a Tuesday and it was $ 2 burgers or something like that, don’t quote me

I live near the bar and the music is constantly too loud and they leave their windows open pass curfew. It’s currently 12:30 on a thursday morning and I can’t sleep because they have their music too loud.

Wow service here sucks. Idk if there is new ownership or what but they aren’t any food. Their«Bears Specials» on game day only last a hour before and an hour after the game starts… That’s some BS! Don’t worry they have $ 8 coors light and bud light. They try to trick you with coming in before and after Cubs games for a «free hotdog»(with purchase of drink) but don’t leave the Cubs game early bc you won’t get a dog til it ends. Also they used to give you a station for toppings, yea that is gone now. Used to be a great Wrigley neighborhood bar but has seem to go to shit lately. Also the guy bartender seems to be more interested in flirting with his ugly waitresses then actually tending to the bar.

Used to be the go to neighborhood sports bar for all the locals. Now just an overpriced money pit who have been suckering people in by blaring loud Beiber’esc style music and also cuz of the location(next to Metro, Smartbar, and Wrig field). There are absolutely no drink specials(unless u consider a Coors lite tall boy can for $ 8 special). Simply gauging peoples wallets knowing that most of em come in from out of town for the Cubs games and dont know any better, or again, just settle for the fact its in close proximity to the above mentioned venues. There used to be a line out the door before they opened at 11am on Sundays just waiting to get a seat for Bears games. Now your likely to see 2 or 3 tumblweeds rolling through there at halftime. Its truly a shame cuz it was the place all of us neighborhood city dwellers wud assemble for ‘all’ Chicago sports games. Im under the impression the new owners just dont wanna admit what they thought wud work hasnt, and doesnt(hey we’ll just buy a bar in wrigley and the rest will take care of itself). To wrap, the food was supposedly escalated from what ive heard from a couple peeps, but with and escalated price to go with it. Its a bar dude… get with it. You get folks coming back by taking care of them, not by financially ass raping em. Altho it states Irish bar those days are long gone. Nothing at all close to Irish. Really wish new owners wud change back to the old ways or just face facts that they werent as smart as what they thought. I predict it sells before next Cubs season… to hopefully someone who takes care of their fellow neighborhood patrins. Neighborhood has sold out enuff already. bring it back to the way ‘real Chicagoans’ do it — by taking care of eachother.

Stopped in before the Foo Fighters concert. Sat at the bar & had great service. Life size jenga was fun to watch. Good food(surprisingly good grilled chicken salad!) Crowd was fun but not too rowdy. Could see this becoming a regular haunt.

Stumbled upon this place a few weeks ago and so glad we did. The staff was super friendly and made me and my boyfriend feel like it was our own regular bar. We ordered wings and they were actually up to par(everyone undercooks wings). These were perfect and CRISPY! They also have giant Jenga which was a lot of fun(especially after several beers)!!! Since then we have been back a few times and are always welcomed by the bartenders and staff. Glad we stumbled into this unsuspecting place. And seriously… People are complaining about a popcorn machine being gone!!! Some people can’t be pleased. They should stay at home and make Jiffy Pop or just maybe they should consider BUYING something off the menu. Besides, they already give away free hot dogs before and after home games.

This place just can’t seem to make up it’s mind! I have been coming here for over ten years,(and also owned three restaurants for eight years) and it was so awesome for the longest time. Then everything started getting all screwed up. Then it came back for a little while last season, but now this season it has been a complete disaster! Not sure what happened since last season, but this place is a wreck! No more popcorn, gross paper menus, tickets for hot dogs, and a ton of staff turnover. Figure it out guys! Get back to your roots!

Went in with a bunch of friends on a Thursday night. Not very crowded and there appeared to be two bartenders. Neither one of them asked if we needed anything and I sat at the nearly empty bar for around 10 minutes before I was able to call out to one of the people behind the bar.(I used to bar tend for years and hated when people did this) Desperate times called for desperate measures. The bar staff needs some serious training. I am sad to say I will probably not be returning to this place which I used to frequent(lived around the block for 4 years). I hope the new management group steps in and trains this staff. The other bars in their group are great. I worry about some of the 5 star comments because the menu hasn’t really changed. Please get this place back on track. It was a neighborhood gem.

Been eating here for years as I work very close. Food used to be decent bar food with quick and friendly service. But not anymore.

DONTEATHERE! Got a turkey burger– the buns were so hard I could of used them as coasters. Not only that, it took almost an hour for my food to arrive and the place was empty! The only reason why I’m giving them 2 stars is because I feel bad for them.

First time here on night of Cubs season opening home game. It was packed, as you can probably imagine, but a decent crowd. Not too rowdy, and pretty respectful group! Our server was smiley and attentive enough. I didn’t eat, except for the bite of mac and cheese I tried from a friend’s plate(it was A-OK), but those in our group who did thought the food was decent. One got wings and said they were alright. Another got a burger and said it was fine. One girl got a spicy chicken wrap… she said it wasn’t spicy at all, but was surprisingly pretty tasty! The only complaint I have is the volume of the music. Good LORD was it loud! Volume control people, volume control.

I absolutely love this bar! Karaōke on Fridays is a blast, drinks are cheap and the bartenders are awesome! There are usually tables if your group likes to have a «home base» and the dance floor is always packed!

New management equals great move. Cool bar, awesome service. Great place to watch the game or just hang out with friends. Spitting distance of Wrigley Field. A good stop if you’re visiting Chicago, but want to feel like a local.

I like to stop in here before heading to the metro… Food is pretty good, drinks are cheap and never seems to be too crowded.

I have been here twice. The first time was an okay experience. I had a salad that was mediocre. The waitress was attentive but to be expected since there was not that many people there. The second time was awful. I had the chicken sweet potato pie and I posted a picture for proof. This was probably the most expensive thing they have on the menu. Although it was very tasty, it was the smallest pot pie I have ever been served. It was more a bowl of soup than a pot pie and to be the most expensive thing on the menu was ridiculous. It was in a soup bowl with about eight slices of bread surrounding it. There are better bars to go to and eat than this one in the Wrigleyville area.

Came here on a friday night looking to get some drinks for cheap. They had free popcorn and $ 4 Irish Car Bombs. Pretty sweet deal. They also had a little karaōke going on so I joined in and it turned out to be a great night.
