Starbucks

Ditto on other reviews re: service. Baristas are more interested in gossiping than in customer service. When you ask a clarifying question, they stare as if you’re speaking a foreign language. Weird.

They have the laziest baristas here, all my drinks have uneven amounts of milk or espresso.

I come here often as I like to drink my coffee while shopping at Target. All the experiences I’ve had were alright. The reason I say that it is alright at this location is because if it gets busy, it can be a long wait but that never really bothered me. However, today, was different. There were a young lady taking the orders and a lady older than the younger lady taking my order making the drinks. The barista who took my order never said hi or welcomed me at all when it was my turn to order. She looked at me in silence. Like, should I order or should I wait for you to ask me what I wanted to order because the last time I checked I was at an establishment where there was supposed to be some kind of worker to customer communication where the worker is supposed to communicate to the customer? I just thought it was very rude. Not one smile, not one «Welcome to Starbucks», not one «Hi, can I take your order?». Look, young child, if you hate your job that much, don’t work. You make my favorite coffee company look bad.

Terrible service. They took my order and then after I paid they notified me they did not have it. Then they didn’t want to make a new drink for me, more concerned with a conversation they were having amongst each other. Eventually they made a different drink.
I left and by the time I got to my destination I realized they didn’t put the appropriate amount of espresso for a venti drink and it tasted like chocolate milk.
All around poor service compared to most other Starbucks.
I should have just asked for a refund. Lesson learned, I won’t be going to this Starbucks anymore.

Located within Target, clean location, but poor service. Baristas clearly DGAF. They need to train/​retrain the baristas to make some drinks on the menu. The last time I went here I paid $ 5 for a venti Soy Chai and received nothing but steamed soy milk. Thanks, but I can steam milk at home for a lot less.
