I was visiting the Chicago area for the first time and was walking past this place and saw that it was one of, if not the only place I saw on this street that had open-air seating. The front part of the building was fully open to the street with no windows or doors, it was like eating outside, but not and the sun was shining and the breeze was blowing. This attracted me to begin with. Went into the restaurant and didn’t really know what to order, but the guy at the register was friendly, advised and offered me options. This got my attention as it’s rare to find good customer service. I wound up ordering the Pad Thai which was out of this world!!! I went with my friend and both of our dishes were amazing! We were even going to return the next day for more, but wound up visiting other sections of the city. In any case, highly recommended! Amazing food, great service and relaxed atmosphere while being classy and clean!

I can’t speak for Noodles in general but the Broadway shop served tasty food with great friendly service.

I never had an issue with Noodles so this is specific to this location. I ordered Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca no cheese with Tofu. My dish was sprinkled with cheese(my senses were suspect and I wish I would have repeated my request when we were paying). I understood this was an error and told the server I asked for my dish to be without cheese. She said she would have them re-make. 20 minutes later, my partner asks the servers if the dish was still being made(the server never put the re-make request in). Rather than an apology we got a coupon. Until management and quality service is restored, do not come here.

The service was a disgrace to the concept of counter service. There were no less than five employees giggling behind the back counter and not one came to take my order. After a few awkward, «hey, um, I’m a customer… can you come over here and take my order please?» glances, one of them came around the back counter yelling«are you ready to order?» at me. I about lost it, but I thought I could always go on Unilocal and maybe I would feel better about being yelled at. I thought about this review my whole meal. It was hard to hear myself think over the circus going on in the kitchen. Not professional to say the least. 3336 N Western Ave. location.

I love the Penne Rosa with grilled chicken. What I love is the pasta comes out hot and it’s cooked al dente. The ambience is nice; very casual and airy. I’m gonna have a hard time resisting this place since it’s only a block away from my apartment.

This noodles is one of my favorite places to order delivery from. EVERY time I have ordered food from here it has been here FREAKY fast — as in, it is projected to take an hour and a half and so I decide to run a quick errand and 15 minutes later I get a call that the driver is outside and have to run home fast. I’ve stopped trying to run errands while waiting for delivery from Noodles. I think the longest that I have waited for food from this Noodles has been MAYBE30 minutes. My only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is that I have received orders with a few small mistakes before. This ordinarily wouldn’t bother me when I’m feeling so lazy that I need to order food, but it does bug me when I pay extra to have a certain veggie added and it is missing(or I maybe find one in the whole dish — lucky me!). It seems that maybe they are trying to improve this(or certain workers are trying to improve this) because I have gotten a call once or twice to clarify my order before it was made. I haven’t actually been to this location in person, so I can’t comment on that, but I have ordered delivery many times and I find that it is a good option for quick food that doesn’t necessarily have to be terrible for your health.

I stopped in for a bite after having some labwork done at a clinic nearby and the place looked rather dead and the staff looking like they need to just go home and come back when they learn how to listen to how a customer spells their name. The cashier spelled my name as «alfresa»…now mind you as many have seen how my name is spelled they can’t even pronounce it? WTH. My name is pronounced how it’s spelled Na-Fee-Sah(minus the hyphens). I don’t know how the hood permeate themselves into service jobs and can’t even spell the customer’s name right. I am literally ready to write an open letter to the Tribune saying who are so many restaurants and eateries hiring hood idiots to work there. I ordered a regular Wisconsin mac n cheese and noodle stroganoff(clearly noodles n co forgot how to make real beef stroganoff which is with a sour cream sauce and NO parmesean cheese). It’s good but could have used more sauce since there was more noodle than sauce. They need to stop overcharging for extra sauce, but I don’t blame customers for asking for extra sauce because the dish is pretty dry with how they get cheap with the sauce. Don’t get me wrong Noodles n Company is good, but some changes need to be made meaning stop hiring hood degenerates to work in the restaurant. The staff spent more time flapping their mouths and less on doing their work. This place needs improvement badly. When you see the question about waiter service yeah and no the workers behind the counter bring your food out if you didnt ask for carry out.

Delivery via Grubhub was timely but… I ordered the Pad Thai, which may have been a mistake. There was nearly no indication of peanut sauce, and the noodles were obviously packaged and tasted undercooked. Perhaps I should have stuck with the traditional noodle orders but I expected more flavor coming from a cuisine that is notoriously flavorful.

Nasty. Tasted like cardboard. Not real Italian. Fast food. Nothing fancy or creative about it. I make better Italian food than that. Sad day indeed.

I’ve been here a couple times but I think the management changes. It’s a shitshow. It was pretty dead when I arrived. It took 5 minutes to order with the deer. By deer I mean the girl taking the order looked like a deer in headlights. The manager looked like a chicken running around which his head cut off and the server guy was just lost in the dining area. I think the cook is the only sane one but received bad instructions. I ordered penne rose gluten free no mushrooms or tomatoes and makes chicken. Side Caesar salad no croutons. What I reviewed: gluten green oven baked chicken with mushrooms and tomatoes. No salad.

Having lived in Bangkok, I’m a bit of a noodle snob. No, Noodles & Company is not super authentic, but let’s be honest — neither is the«Thai» restaurant run by Koreans down the street. The only difference is that Noodles & Company costs half as much and is equally yummy, if not better. I got a noodle entrée and a side of soup, handed over a $ 10, and got a few bucks change. They seem to have a commitment to using quality ingredients, too, and the staff is really nice and welcoming. The restaurant itself is bright and happy. They offer various kinds of ethnic food, including Indonesian noodles, which are hard to find in any form in Chicago. Again, not hugely authentic, but very tasty and wont break your budget. There’s something for everybody — I remember enjoying this restaurant when I was a child, as well.

After receiving a coupon from Noodles & Company, I thought I’d check out this upscale fast food restaurant. Plus, it’s been awhile since I’ve been here. As soon as I walked in, I had noticed the dining room has been slightly update with several communal tables and the overall appearance of the dining area. The cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I had ordered the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese added Parm Chicken as a protein, a side Caesar Salad and a Chocolate Chip Cookie. The mac & cheese/chicken was just okay. The salad was very tasty and the right size for a side salad. The cookie was delicious. Overall, it’s an okay fast food restaurant in the Lakeview area. I would return evidently.

I used to stop by this place all the time after the gym and it was really fast and friendly service. I’ve been there twice in the last week and it was just horrible. I think they may have hired all new people. The first time I went I ordered«penne pasta with chicken» and was asked if I wanted anything with it like chicken. And then asked if I wanted parm or some other kind of cheese. Then 2 minutes later they asked what kind of chicken I wanted and kept asking without telling me any options. This whole time EVERYONE, even people in the kitchen are STARING at me waiting for my answer. Finally left with my food. Yesterday I ordered some pasta and then 10 minutes later my order was nowhere to be found. I kept being told it was coming out while people asked«are you Lindsay?» over and over. 15ish minutes later I got my food. Not sure what happened to this place but it’s gone downhill. Not to mention the floor was not very clean and employees were wandering around on their phones.

Ordered from here off of Grubhub. The Grubhub order said I ordered Tomato Bisque for lunch, but when the order arrived, it was a side salad with like 5 pieces of lettuce. No soup. Contacted Noodles, they said they’ll give me a call back to work things out but they were taking a while to call back, so we contacted Grubhub customer service. Grubhub told us Noddles could not give us the soup and we would have to get a refund. There goes my lunch hour… and now I only have 5 pieces of lettuce.

Okay, it’s a chain, let’s get that out of the way and past it. Sometimes, you want to get in, get fed, and out quick. True that can be accomplished easily at many places, however this location does it while being friendly, clean, fast and tasty. So what’s not to like? Nothing at all. I ordered the Pad Thai with chicken, it was delicious and was more than an ample serving that I had enough to take home to use as a starter base for our dinner, I added more veggies and chopped up another chicken breast into it and viola, dinner for two! Happy, happy!

Food is fresh and made to order. The line moves quickly and the food is brought to your table. The dining room is vast with plenty of room to spread out. This location also has beer and wines if you so choose to. Overall, it is a good value for the price you pay. And you can leave the dishes at your table as thr workers pick them up when you are finished.

I don’t get the hype for this chain. Maybe I order wrong. «Burn her at the stake!» I get the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese the times I’ve gone. I don’t know if it’s too salty or has too many additives but it makes me bloat like Violet in Willy Wonka. Everyone I’ve been with raves about their choices so I’m giving it a 3.

Noodles and Company is a chain restaurant but quite yummy. They have won me over with their deicisious food and customer service. The staff was upfront about a mess up in kitchen that was delaying my food and even provided me a coupon for a free meal another day. I have been back a few times and truly enjoy the food. Four stars instead of five just for the price of adding tofu to a meal. Almost three dollars for a small portion of tofu seems steep to me.
