My fiancé and I ordered from them and I wish I would have read these reviews before doing so. I ordered a cheeseburger after being told there was no Mexican food, despite the menu Clearly having mexican. The cheeseburger was ordered with ketchup and onion only and when delivery came, the cheeseburger was smothered in thousand island dressing. We also didn’t receive the 2 cokes we ordered. I called to complain and they said they would drop the coke off«in a little while». Mind you this was around 2am. So I asked to just be refunded the $ 4 for the pop. Never got it back. We paid just shy of $ 40 for a cheeseburger, an Asian dish and 2 cokes we never got. If I would have known that, I would have walked to the dunkin donuts down the street.

One of my favorite late night places. Small, very friendly staff, and they have a huge variety of really good food. I usually get the Chinese but I’ve tried a few other things. Definitely worth going!

I work a lot of late nights and sometimes dont get a chance to eat until I’m done. Choices are pretty slim at 3 or 4 o’clock in the morning but these guys are always open ANDTHEYDELIVER! When they first opened their pizza was just ok but now its really good. I get both deep dish and thin crust depending on my mood. They also have a good Italian beef and even Asian food. Its pretty awesome to have a place like this too deliver so late at night. The drivers are cool too.

My husband and I were after a quick and cheap meal so decided to give this place a try. We live only a few doors down the road so convenience was key. We called our order in on the way home. We were first disappointed in the price for 2 small pizzas. $ 27 for two small pizzas at a dodgy pizza joint seemed like too much but we were hungry. My husband went to pick it up. It was ready and he returned in only a few minutes with two very small and light boxes. Unfortunately, he hadn’t checked the contents. So when it was time to plate up we found the wrong pies. He was already in his pyjamas so back I went to «Downtown.» I had to explain the situation to the lady, showing her the two pizzas. She then went to the back to yell at what I assume was her husband. He came out and said he would make Medium pizza. That sounded reasonable to me. 15 minutes later, I came back to pick up my pizzas. They boxed up one freshly made pizza and grabbed the pizza that was now cold from the back. I asked if both pizzas were hot. I just got«hot?» «Hot!» As a response. I gave up and went home. The hot pizza was pretty good. It had a very generous amount of mozzarella on it. The cold one was, well cold and pretty crappy.

Worst buffalo chicken wings EVERRR! The wings were fried really hard & they didn’t even use buffalo sauce. Instead they put a few drops of hot sauce on like 3 wings. Wtf? The only thing that was good was the chesse sticks. I rather starve then order from this place again.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I created a Unilocal account just to review this place. First, let me preface this by saying this review is on the customer service provided. I work at a hotel downtown at the front desk and frequently have guests ask me where to order from. I gave him a menu from Downtown pizza and helped him place the order as he had a speech impediment. I called and ordered the two Pizzas for the guest and while I was on the phone I asked the woman for an estimate on how long it would take and she said 45 minutes. About an hour, hour 15 goes by and the food still has not arrived. I called back and asked for an update and was told that the food has been made but that they are just waiting on the driver. 45 minutes later the driver shows up at the hotel. I called back and spoke with the woman again and told her that I did not think that it was acceptable that it took an hour and 45 minutes to have the pizzas delivered. When I reminded her that she told me it would only take 45 minutes she said«that was just for the pizza’s being cooked, but since he ordered two pizzas(one small and one large) it would take longer» I then started to explain to her that I understand if it gets busy, but it would have been nice if they had called the guest to inform him that they would be running late. In the middle of me explaining this to her she abruptly hands the phone to who I assume was the manager. While I was re-explaining the situation to him and said that the guest should be given a discount for the inconvenience of having to wait almost two hours for the pizza. He then replied that the price that was given was a fair price and that he would not change it. In the middle of me explaining to him why I do not think that it is fair, he puts the phone down and I hear him answer another phone. He never once asks me to hold on; he just abruptly puts the phone down. I felt really bad for the delivery guy because he was just standing there while this was all going on. At this point the guest is upset because he is hungry and it is two in the morning he just wants to tell the delivery guy to take the pizza back. I hung up the phone and call him back. I told him that I do not appreciate being placed on hold without giving any warning. He then goes on to say«well, I’m sorry I don’t know what you want me to say, we do the best we can we will do better next time» I then explain that it is still not fair that this guest had to wait two hours when we were only told 45 minutes. Again, while I am in the middle of explaining he hangs up on me. I call back, irate at this point and start to tell him that this is not okay to hang up on a customer and that it is really bad customer service. While I am saying that I hear the woman in the background say«she called back again?». I continue explaining what I am saying when he again just hangs up on me. We finally just have the delivery driver call and say that the guest is only going to give him 50% of the total, exasperated the owner must have agreed. The guest gave the deliveryman a tip and he left after apologizing for the entire ordeal. As this was for a guest, I do not know how the food was, from the customer service alone however, I will not be recommending this place to any guest again. I really was not looking for the guest to have a free meal. I was just maybe hoping that they would understand the issue and give the guest a 10% discount and apologize. Instead they were so rude and continued to hang up on me, only escalating the issue farther.

I am so happy i found this place. Its open late. Delivers late and delivers a new found love. Ok the bad part is the extra large is not so… extra large . But the rest is awesome. The variety fits my family because we dont always want the same thing. Ellen on the phone is great and even the delivery guy with long grey hair is cool. I hope they will be around for a loooong time I think the owners name is Ti… he funny guy

we were staying at the holiday inn mart plaza and needed a late night bite that delivered. this was the only menu in the place and we were starving. we didnt do the smartest and got a little of everything and im glad we tried. The Red curry was really good, spicy, just the way we like it. we will definitely be ordering that again. The Hot and Sour soup was not my favorite, I think it had bits of sausage in it… it was weird. My husband liked it though =) We also got a small thin crust cheese, Habenero Chicken, and Jalepeno pizza, it was ok, not the best but ok. Having an Order above 30 $ entitles you to free chicken wings, they are the breaded and. fried kind, you apply your own sauce. Overall I would have scored higher if we had more things like the red curry. We will be back for that though. =)

I saw this restaurant appear on GrubHub a few days ago, so I figured I’d give it a try. It appears as though«Original Tsang» closes then re-opens as a Pizza/Thai/Mexican place between 4PM and 3AM now. I tried their«famous» thin-crust pizza, which was basically over-priced cardboard. Their sauce isn’t bad, but the crust is awful. Perhaps their deep dish or pan pizzas are better. The meat on the pizza also had me feeling awful all throughout the next day. I also tried their«hand breaded cheese curds.» They were mozzarella sticks. I expected actual cheese curds. This place isn’t going to win any awards. If I had done a bit of research before I ordered, I probably wouldn’t have.
