Had a really good experience tonight. I come here probably once or twice a week. And tonight Edwin and Daniella served us. They were really friendly (though I’ve seen Edwin before and he always is nice). But there was a good amount of fresh food available and seeing happy people at the end of your day is always nice. Just thought people don’t leave enough good reviews so here is one! Great job guys! Thanks.

SMH Chipotle… ordered a vegetarian bowl, no pinto beans because they’re cooked in lard or whatever. The server puts in one spoonful of black beans… that’s it. Had I asked for Pinto beans too I would have gotten at last that much more. The «free burrito» hullabaloo secretly expired. Oh well, enjoying my rice bowl with black bean condiment. And of course there is no web address posted for a «satisfaction survey.» At least the replenished the lemonade quickly.

Second time I’ve seen the toothless woman wipe her nose while working.
Also, I got a burrito bowl from here yesterday and was running to the bathroom all day today. I love chipotle, but why doesn’t it love me back?
Chips and guac is all I trust now.

Friendliest staff! The three ladies that helped me were all smiles and very customer service oriented. Makes me love this Chipotle! Only downside is the lack or parking for the very busy strip of stores. Not Chipotles fault, but definitely is a headache.

Honestly, this is one of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. I enjoy a consistent burrito and this just does not deliver. And they had no salt. What kinda place doesn’t have salt?

Absolute worst chipotle I’ve been to. The girl that’s supposed to be cashiering keeps leaving her station to sweep when there’s clearly a line so they have to be calling her back. Told the guy only a little bit of hot sauce and he dumped a whole spoonful in there. This has happen almost every time I’ve come here. Definitely never coming back. The staff never listens and has horrible customer service.

Unilocal needs to give a no stars option. I simply asked how long will it be until the chicken that’s on the grill is ready, the guy in the back answers with «there’s chicken in front of you why do you care how long this will take «are you out of your mind to say that ?? I simply asked because the chicken «in front» of me was down to its last like ten pieces and just like any other human being I wanted the fresh batch off the grill. If I was the manager I would fire that employee so fast. That’s a embarrassment to chipotle. I’m still a customer but I will NEVER step foot into this location. I don’t mind driving 15 more minutes to another location.

Like other Unilocalers have mentioned. They are stingy with the meat. Like seriously? Not only did you jip me, but some meat fell out and you didn’t even bother to put some back in?
Its a 50⁄50 chance for a good «experience». Last time I was here, they «stingy modes» with the meat, didn’t replace it when the chicken fell out and I was waiting to pay because the cashier was on the phone and walked away from me when I was handing over my card.

It’s a Chipotle with free parking. I haven’t had any real issues with this Chipotle. The bowls have always been satisfying and more than enough.
The other night they ran out of steak and I had to wait 7 minutes. They gave me a ‘free drink’ for my wait.

I agree with many other Unilocalers about this specific location. Very stingy. They make a conscious effort to give you the least amount of meat and toppings as possible. The meat is not cooked correctly either.

Nice atmosphere, nice workers, clean. Only complaint is the time Ive gone in (5 – 7) they are fast but you never really can ask for extra. This has happened a few times before too, but waiting 10 min just isnt ideal. So, to the District or General manager have your people stock up especially on steak so my people can enjoy more the alreafy good food !

I only been to Chipotle a few times in my life. Place was nice, workers were friendly, but when you ask for toppings sometimes you get very little, and when you ask for more, its a 1.50 for extra toppings and they give it to you as a side.
Parking lot is private but can get full very fast, and there is street parking. A lot of other places to eat in this lot too so I don’t remember if this place has outdoor sitting or not.

I’ve only recently discovered Chipotle, but I love it! When I discovered this one on Elston, right around the corner from me, I was very happy.
You can’t really go wrong with a veggie burrito bowl, but I wasn’t quite as satisfied as I have been at other Chipotles. I had to basically beg for more rice, as they barely put any in my dish. Second, their guacamole is spicy! Maybe it was just an off day, but it was almost too hot to handle.
Either way, 4 stars! I’ll be back there as often as I can be!

Ordered online for pick up. Steak was completely raw. Rice tasted as if there was cinnamon added to it. Asked for extra tomato salsa and got barely any. Will not be going back to this location.
