I like this company because their products are a great alternative to the off-the-rack clothes you see everywhere. Most unique is their selection of shirts, some featuring exotic weave patterns and colors you just don’t see anywhere else. The one caveat I will include is that the colors of items seen in their catalogs and on the website are occasionally slightly off those of the actual product. This is understandable and is possible with all catalog or online clothing orders. They make returns extremely easy so I will typically order several items I like and send back the ones whose colors aren’t close enough.

Do NOT buy anything from this company!!! They are a SCAM. They used to be great, but they SOLDOUT in Januray 2013 and is worthless as an online source of good product and customer service!!! BEWARE!!! The new company is «Distinctive Apparel» which has multiple unresolved complaints with Better Business(BBC) and this company’s business is to «rescue» companies in «distress.» DONOT Buy from them. Territory Ahead’s return policy and customer service is HORRIBLE — way worse than WalMart’s policy. You cannot contact them by email or phone or email. My emails took weeks for a response. If you do manage a contact, they send you to someone else who doesn’t respond for weeks. Their exchange policy is ridiculous and allows NOTHING for inferior products. Everything submitted for exchange must be «unworn, unwashed, unaltered.» So if you wash something once and it falls apart, you have no recourse. They are a MAILORDER company, yet there is NOTHINGINTHEIR catalog or online that explains their extremely restrictive return policy — you are STUCK with inferior products. I ordered an very expensive t-shirt($ 50) which did not arrive on time(due on or about 9÷19÷12). It did not arrive. I called and wrote multiple times. In October 2012, I received a brief«out of stock» email.

I’ve heard that the Chestnut Hill Territory Ahead store has closed. Is that correct?
