I worked at this store and never had any issues. The people who are complaining about bad service, most likely had a bad employee and are judging the whole business based off of that one interaction. From experience, I can confidently say that some customers are never happy no matter what you do to appease them. Oh you forgot their drink, well how about a free pizza? No, they’re still mad and demand more. Or customer would come to pick up their order an hour after it is ready and complain that it is cold. As an employer we cannot argue so we give them a second order free, thus causing a back up on other order and just causes more problems. The main issue is that people want everything their way and expect the world to beckon upon them hand a foot. Maybe if people started getting their heads out of their ass and realize that Dominos isn’t a 5 star restaurant, and they aren’t the Queen of England, things would go a little smoother.

Gross is the only word that comes to mind. Pick-​up special… 5.99 lil pizza w/​8 added wings for a 15 dollar dinner for two Sounds like a great deal… Haa !! Gross. Cold pizza, w/​pepperoni that tasted like burnt pig ass and totally lacking cheese. Wings… that «wing» didn’t come off a chicken. maybe a rat, bat or perhaps a midget squirrel… rubbery skin on a bone is not cool at all. I’m done with Domino’s, never again! I truly believe Digiorno’s from the grocery store would have been a huge upgrade.

This Dominos will mess up your oder every time. They will forget toppings. The will not bring your drinks/​sauces. Five of my last five orders have been wrong. I’ve written feedback after the orders and never have had a response. If you are in the area I suggest you do anything other than go to this Dominos.

Hair in one pizza and both barely had any sauce. The pizza I did eat was dry and bland. I used to like Dominos but this was horrible. I guess that’s what I get for not ordering my usual from Pizza Hut, smh.

My wife had inadvertently ordered the wrong pizza and when she called to explain the confusion the staff did everything they could do to make sure that we were happy and taken care of. They came back out with new pizza perfectly made!!!

I used to not like dominos but their pizza has gotten much better. I had a problem with one of their employees one time and wrote a complaint on their corporate website. I was promptly called by the manager of that store who was very apologetic and offered me free pizza to make things right. This was nice since at least they tried to make thinks good.
Also their pizza tracker feature on the app is awesome since you can see where exactly your pizza is during the whole process. I also think they are the fastest delivery pizza place around my area compared to Pizza Hut and papa johns. This is one of our go to pizza delivery places.
