Waste of time. Couldn’t find a resale value for a new Citizen Eco-Drive watch. Spent three minutes looking it up on eBay then curtly declined with this as the explanation. Would not recommend. Also didn’t know what David Yurman was when asked if there has any pieces. Terrible service. Not like the commercials at all.

We always get really good deals on jewelry. I like not paying retail and can get things I wouldn’t be able to get otherwise.

I have been in the store several times to buy jewelry or get rid of old pieces that I no longer wear. The staff is always eager to help! I love Nina as I have worked with her several times, but when she is not there, anyone gives me the same care! They are obviously trained well in customer service! I have also had some pieces fixed by their in house jeweler. He does great work and is very speedy! This is pawn shop, but it certainly feels more like a well run jewelry store!

I came in here once to pawn my ring. Since it was an engagement ring, they refused not wanting to mix in «with all that mess«he said. I accepted his response and then left. Forced to come back another day that week, and sell my Fender. I was crushed, but unfortunately was left with no other alternative. I reluctantly handed the man behind the counter the guitar. He played it on the table, and examined it. Making sure it was legit and everything was working. He offered me $ 500 and said he could not offer more. I took it with this bad taste in my mouth, and left. The price was fair, the staff was nice and I had no issues. I regret pawning anything you love. You shouldn’t do it unless you have no emotional attachment to it.
