Lemon pepper, too salty! And was only given about a handful of fries and they were cold & stale :(Didn’t notice until 15 mins later, when we were already home. Can’t really rate the service, had my BF go in. We ordered takeout. Order seemed to arrive fast enough tho. I’ll stick with the other location.

Good food. Good place to go and watch the game. Staff is ok. Not very friendly but has quick service

Was there on Saturday, September 12^th. Honestly not satisfied with the experience. Hostess was unenergetic and almost unhappy to seat us. Staff used to be more welcoming to customers.
The buffalo shrimp were ok, but the medium sauce was very mild. I have been a Hooters customer for over 20 years, so the sauce was disappointing. Wings were good (hot and Daytona) but food was slow coming out.
Our server was new, but pleasant. However it took over 5 minutes for her to find change for our bill. No one could break a hundred I guess.
Basically I’ll be avoiding this particular Hooters in the future.

I ordered to-​go food and half of the order was incorrect, but it was not until I got back to the hotel and tasted the wings to notice. Please double check your food before you leave. I would not go back, wings were not that great.

I visited here last Friday about 5pm and to my surprise it wasn’t busy at all.
As soon as we entered the doors we were greeted! We opted to sit at the bar since seats were available there. But I’m thinking at 5pm… this is a great time to be here!
The Hooter girl at the bar was attentive and she greeted us as well as we approached the bar.
We ordered 10 breaded wings — medium spice). While the wings were good, they weren’t hot at all. I’ll know next time to take it up a few notches.
Overall, the visit was great! It was my first time at this location and it surely will not be my last.
The girls were super cute too :)
It’s sorta tucked away in the Greenbrier section so from the Parkway make a turn onto Eden Way to get to it… you’ll see it!

Shortly after leaving this review and one on Hooters own site I received a call from Will, the on duty manager. He was very understanding and apologetic regarding my food. He offered to send me a gift card in the amount of my dinner. Our entire order was $ 125 including tip so I thought that was decent of him. I won’t be using it but I know my husband will enjoy it. Thank you, Will.

So, I’m at Hooters on Greenbrier Parkway in Chesapeake, Va. My son (who is 11 and takin ME out with his allowance) and I have been waiting for OVER AN HOUR for 2 simple sandwiches. I very nicely bring it up to my server several times and she is as sweet as she can be. Still, waiting 1 hr and 20 mins right now.
I went to the bathroom to buy time to get our food and after 10 more minutes NOTHING.
The people behind me, to the left of me and in front of me all who arrived 30+ minutes after me received and are eating their food.
We are hungry, we ask for the bill. We get the bill and I decide to tell the very nice girl up front about how we’ve been waiting for over an hour.
Some douche bag guy with a 1990s rat tail that I’ve never seen in my life, interrupts me and starts talking to Debra whom I am already having a conversation with.
I put my hand up to him and he got pissed, I told him I don’t know you, and you don’t know what’s going on, don’t interrupt me.
He said «oh no she didn’t just try to shut me up» he hurt exploded from there, his wife told him to leave me alone and then he walks away.
My grandma was a server for over 50 years and I empathize especially on a day that most ppl are only coming for food.
It is now 2:50pm and we have been waiting for and hour and 30 mins and no burger and no chicken strip sandwich.
My son keeps apologizing, he just wanted to bring me to a place that I like to eat and he wanted to pay for.
I am trying to keep my cool but our stomachs are in charge and when my son doesn’t get to eat I become a diva mom and I am now pissed.
My son thinks this is his fault and it’s not, he thinks HE ruined Mothers Day bc of what’s going on here.
Guess what? We just got out food and my sons food is incorrect. No lettuce, tomato or onion… I mean seriously we’ve been waiting for over 90mins and the food is still wrong.

This place has a nice atmosphere and good food. Tuesdays are all you can eat wings. Worth the drive and price. Gotta love it.

Geeeez… we’re starvin’ like Marvin in this place. soooooo… slow. Been waiting for almost an hour to get our food. I am hangry… what is going on? At the same time… they screwed up our order. What else could go wrong in this place. I didn’t even eat my food and just boxed it up to eat at home. This by far the worst Hooters experience ever. At least at this place anyway. I’m not coming here anymore.

The food is like another other Hooters all around the country. My family and I keep coming to this Greenbrier location because it’s less than a mile from our house and because we love their fried pickles. But, service here most times is very S-​L-​O-​W even when they are not busy. It’s terrible to be waiting for 10 – 15 mins before you can order and get your drinks then another 20 – 25 mins for an order of fried pickles and then another almost 30 mins to get our food. We have spend more time at this place waiting for our food versus eating.

The food is obviously the same all around. It just is. Subpar but no one goes for the food lol. They go for titties and beer.
My husband and I went here and the service was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Frequently checked on us. Drink refills. Gave us samples of the sauces for for the wings to try and had the cook make a special order for our 1yo daughter.
All the staff was amazing. Very friendly and all around enjoyable dinning experience.

Great restaurants. Too bad they got rid of the habenero BBQ sauce… or maybe it’s a good thing, I think I was getting addicted!

I haven’t been to a Hooters in years, but my friends were meeting up here to watch some football (I came in my soccer jersey as a joke) and share some good times.
The service, like at most Hooters, is accommodating. I don’t think I will understand the allure of young, busty girls fawning for my attention in the hopes of getting a good tip… oh wait, now I get it. Our server was top notch and attentive.
I couldn’t stay too long, but the food that came to the table looked to be excellent. The smells alone will make you salivate, if you are a fan of chicken wings, burgers, or other American fare. The atmosphere was great and the layout was well-​done, considering the sheer number of people trying to get in the door. There were plenty of televisions to see your game, although the game you might be after could be on a screen far from the table that was available to you (but that’s a problem in all sports bars).
If I lived closer, I could see myself stopping in on a regular basis.

Service was extremely slow!!! Yes it was a Friday night, but our waitress seemed like she kept forgetting everything. The food took forever and pretty sure it had to do with the very loud and obvious playing around in the kitchen. It was pretty unprofessional and NOT delightfully tacky it was plain immature. I will not go back to this location. Much rather go to the Military Hwy location!!!

This is my first visit since the Chesapeake Hooters location moved from its previous location to this one near Greenbrier Mall.
Much larger location than the former one, and even includes a separate «pool room and smoking area»
Had a moderately friendly Hooters Girl. Ordered my Hooters favorite — the buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. Great taste, more than ample portions, served fast.
Sadly this was another Hooters location where the Hooters Girls are less interested in interaction with the customers and more interested in standing around and chatting with each other. Had my Hooters Girl spent a bit more time at the table and engaged me in conversation I may have purchased merchandise for Hooters Girls back home. I even stood in front of the merchandise display for a few minutes seeing what was available and no one asked if I wanted to purchase anything.

VALUE: Stopped in here for their all you can eat wing night on Tuesday. Got WAY more than our money’s worth from here.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Tonight we stopped in and had Raven as our waitress. She was very friend, and tentative to our table. Not once did we have to ask for a refill or anything, and she had our food out promptly. As soon as my drink from the bar was finished I had another one there waiting on me! Outstanding!
FOOD QUALITY: Hooters Wings, what can you expect. You know the quality, it hasn’t changed in the last few years
Left with a bill of $ 50 for 3 people, and that includes ordering beer from the bar, and a few of their special cocktails.
ASK FOR RAVEN if you want customer service the way it should be.

My first visit to Hooters for Christmas Eve lunch. Great atmosphere and service. My server let me order off the lunch menu even though it was after 2. Food took pretty long to come out, with our appetizer coming out at the same time as our meals. I got six wings, traditional with Daytona Beach sauce. Size and sauce were good, nice crunch, but food wasn’t very hot temperature wise. Curly fries were skimpy, mostly the sad end pieces. My lunch was supposed to include ranch, which I specified when I ordered, but I had to ask for it and then was charged for it as well. Weak Shirley Temples, but who goes to Hooters for Shirley Temples, right?

I have to say this was the best hooters experience I’ve had. I have never been a big fan of hooters but the hooters in greenbrier really turned that around. Our waitress was very friendly and the food was amazing. It was a little more expensive than I would have liked but considering everything my fiancé ordered it was fair. I wish I remembered our hooters girls name I would ask to sit in her section every time. Very satisfied.

Hooters of greenbrier is the best! The hottest and coolest girls plus a pool room you can smoke in! Oh and the food is awesome too!

Plans went awry for an Oyster Roast Yesterday so the Wife and I went looking for lunch! We saw the Hooters and decided why not in this area it’s all chains and we had not been to a Hooters in years! We were served by lindsey very nice and friendly. We started with a dozen raw oysters and fried pickles, the pickles while greasy (duh they are deep fried) were awesome x 5 the oysters while tasty were a little on the small side but they filled the craving! Lunch entrée’s were a cobb salad and baja fish tacos the salad was fresh and delish the fish tacos were great with a dash of hot sauce. I am not a chain restaurant person and only go to a few with any regularity and Hooters is now back on that list damn good food, service and price and very clean!
