This has got to be one of the worst run fast food chains on earth. Never go during lunch time. You will find yourself standing line for at least a half an hour. They seemed to be very understaffed and not really motivated to move the line along. Overall I have had a good experience with the workers there, but the process is terrible. One last beef with this place. I waited in line during my lunch break with a co-worker for about a half an hour. I finally ordered my usual(the chopped salad) only to be told that they were out of the to go salad bowls and that I would have to order something else. This was not 5 minutes before the store closes. The only thing that this place has going for it is the location. Enter at your own risk.

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to — hands down! I was there on 12÷5÷15 and the 3 people working the business were a downright embarrassment to this location. They were out of most of their breads and before the owner attributes this too the holiday rush, know that the mall wasn’t really all that busy. The guy who started making the sandwiches had zero customer service skills, the guy that finished the sandwiches… no need to go into detail. Let’s just say that was the sloppiest Subway I’ve ever seen. The guy at the register had no idea what he was doing. It’s unfathomable that whoever owns this location would trust their business to these 3 guys who had zero skills at all. Awful«dining» experience. I’ll never return.

Wow. What an interesting experience. The guy working acted like I was bothering him. Sorry I just wanted a sandwich. Geeze. I sometimes hesitate about coming to subway because of this exact thing but I wanted something low calorie with veggies. I got a chicken teriyaki with all the veggies on wheat bread. The sandwich was good. No complaints there.

I visited this location to purchase my dinner sandwich and they had no bread… what Sandwich shop had no bread, let me guess Subway at Lakeline. That is totally unacceptable that subway brew out of bread at 5:30 in the evening. Then my co worker went an hour later and had to wait 10 minutes more, brad still not done… suggestion hungry at 5:30 don’t visit this Subway location for you will remain hungry…

Typical subway, which means slow, unfriendly service, and mediocre subs. I only come here because everything else in the mall food court is worse and this subway hasn’t given me food poisoning yet.
