Wow. THe salesman was GREAT! The delivery — not so much. Arranged for delivery on Friday because I was off. My husband has multiple health issues so I needed to be here. That being said, only the box springs arrived and then I found out the delivery guys had put it in the computer as «delivered» meaning the whole set was delivered. Really?! Finally got that BS straightened out only to find out that the soonest they could deliver the mattress is Saturday afternoon. So, another night on the dead mattress… This after they told me I could have my mattress today IF I COULDPICKITUP! Why the Hell did they think I’d be willing to pay for delivery I COULDPICKTHEBEGGARUP?!

This store is the absolute WORST place to buy anything! I saw a huge bean bag on display and ordered three. Two months later, one was discontinued and the bean bags that were shipped were NOT like anything I ordered. I’m taking them back and letting my credit card dispute charges. If you don’t take it home with you, DON’T order it!

I hate furniture shopping. Actually, I hate EVERY kind of shopping. However, my elderly mother and her sleeping issues have begun to resemble the fairy tale«The Princess and the Pea». I bought her a brand new bed when she came to live with me. But, it has«divets» in it. Okay, so I put a memory foam topper on it. Now, it’s «lumpy». So, then she decides it’s «messy looking» and wants a platform bed like the one in the guest room. Speaking of guest rooms, I was going to put her in there in the first place, but she liked my office better… well, you can guess the rest.(can you tell I love my mother? Sheesh) So, we look online for platform beds in a twin size. She wants WHITE, WHITE, WHITE… everything has to be WHITE. So, we find one on the Rooms to Go kids website. Of course, she wants to go look. So, off we go. Nice showroom, very nice! I see things that I MYSELF want. :-) So, we order her bed. It arrives. They put it together and leave. And then I notice the headboard and footboard have cracks. Uh-oh. Now, keep in mind. these are small and barely noticeable. If it were me, it would be wood putty and paint and about 5 minutes, good as new. But, no… Princess would never settle for that… they have to bring us a new one. So, I call and about a week later a new one comes. The headboard and footboard are PERFECT. But the rail is damaged. So, off they go, and I call AGAIN. Today, third time is the charm, the guys arrived with a perfect platform bed, not one scratch. Princess is thrilled. :-) Even though we’ve gone through all this, I found the customer service to be exemplary. Everyone was very accommodating, and the delivery guys could not have been more polite and helpful, So, I’m impressed, even though it took us a minute to get a perfect bed, Well, at least for now. :-)

NO RETURNS-All sales final! Even for defective furniture or poor workmanship. Buyer beware. They have a NORETURN policy. We bought two beds from them. We happened to see a bungee office chair and asked the salesperson if this was a good chair and if there have been a lot of returns. She replied that it’s a very popular chair. Well, that would have been a good time to say that you don’t accept any returns. ESPECIALLYSINCETHEREARENOVISIBLESIGNSANYWHERESAYING«NORETURNS– ALLSALESFINAL» . Here’s what happened: I get the bed and chairs delivered and find that not one of the four chairs roll well. The wheels get stuck and it doesn’t straighten itself out.(If the wheel happens to be oriented in a perpendicular direction, it will just scrape your floor). I called the manager, Rocky, who listened and basically said there’s no way to return something that much. Had it been one chair($ 129), maybe… but four chairs would cost the store too much.(Which, in principle, means you agree that there’s a problem but because it’s too much, the store won’t accept it so you leave it stuck with the consumer) So, you deliver a chair that does not perform as advertised, that I had no way of testing on a hard surface, and that you hide that you have«no return policy», and when I try to call the very next day saying your product does not work, essentially say«tough luck». He did recommend getting a tech to check it out – which I will do, but if all four chairs are the same, I doubt there will be much done. It’s basically poor quality ball bearings on the wheels. BUYERBEWARE!

Worst experience ever! We got a room for our son including $ 900 mattress. The sales representative convinced us to buy an expensive mattress claiming we can exchange it if it does not work for our son. After one night our son felt he could not sleep on, however the sales representative and store manager refused to get it back or exchange it, claiming they have non return policy that we should have been aware of. Not only they convinced our son to buy the most expensive mattress — they lied about getting it back in case it does not work for him Never get close to this store!!!

I went in to check out the dressers for one of my kids. I opened the door and a sales rep started working his«magic» before I was even inside the building. I told him I was just looking and he wanted to know what I was looking for then proceeded to pull me around the showroom to show me all the floor models that were a steal… by the third one that was«the deal of the century» and also happened to be a bed I politely told him I just wanted to look. He quickly finished the sales pitch and rudely told me to knock myself out and walked away. I was so upset about how he treated me and made me feel I just left. I didn’t get the guy’s name but he was a huge white dude I swear the size of a standard door. I wasn’t there to find a shitty floor model but apparently he thought I was.
