Pier 1 Imports

Wayyyyy too cramped and nothing is together. Noone asked me if I needed help and clearly I looked frazzled. IDR Pier One being so cramped. Maybe its just this location. A lot of things are SUPER overpriced and some, great. Wont come to this one, though.

Nice ladies– felt bad when another customer yelled at them for no reason. Have respect people– these ladies work hard for their customers. Nice location and great service. Beautiful store– my fav.

The store clerks are nice and the selection is decent, but they are very limited on the selections.

Okay, I am a sucker for wicker baskets. When I walk into Pier 1, I immediately head over to check out what new wicker containers they have. They have so many in different colors and shapes.
They have unique imported décor. So I stroll around and look at all the new items. I don’t always use the items I purchase from what they were originally intended for. I bought a bamboo CD holder and transformed it into a small bird cage. I found a beautiful wicker picnic basket which serves as my displayable sewing kit. Wicker paper plate holders have become wall hanging organizers.
What I don’t like about Pier 1 is they are sometimes pricy, too much product crammed in small areas, and the sales staff that follow you around.
Other than those few downsides, I keep going back.

This overpriced but adorable little Pier 1 Imports is packed to the ceiling with fantastic items I can never afford but enjoy for it’s eye candy. The staff here is overly attentive, almost to the point of annoyance but so friendly that you really can’t help but like them. All 15 of them… who have _​all_​asked you if they can help.
I found a perfect little rug on clearance (always check the tags, the *you win!* red stickers are usually hidden behind the item but when you find them the item is almost always 60−90% off.)

I’m amazed that the two store employees took the time to _​cheerfully_​wield one of those stupid, little, Allen wrenches to disassemble a clearance-​sale table I wished to purchase and shove into my compact vehicle. They made certain I had all the screws and the wrench tucked safely within a zip lock bag, and helped me carry the parts out to my car. Phenomenal customer service.
