Complaints:
1. Spent nearly $ 11 for two double scoop ice cream
On waffle cones
2. Portions are lousy barely filled up 1⁄3 of the waffle cone on double, they were literally the size of golf balls.
3. Ran by a bunch of young kids that have trouble scooping proper portions.
4.
I should have saved $ 7 and went to McDonalds and got cookies and ice cream.
We won’t be back to this location at all costs.

This is only my second time coming to this bask in Robbins. And I must say, the experience has been more than pleasant each time. This time, the store was packed, but the two girls working remained calm, happy, helpful and friendly!

Horrible! Your store somehow managed to lose my order for my daughter’s 2nd birthday party. I placed it in person at the store, yet no one could tell me how you didn’t have the cake or the order. I’m glad I didn’t pay for it when I ordered it. What made it worse was the clueless kid behind the counter. Didn’t offer any solutions (maybe he could have shown me some options that were available… and maybe a discount?!), nor a simple apology. Had to run around to extra places in order to get things under control after this error. Not fun in the rain, recovering from a cold, 33 weeks pregnant, and with a 2 year old. Will not be back… I’m sure I can find a better ice cream shop to bring the kids to. What a shame.

Let’s see how much ice cream we can jam into a two scoop cup! Wow. I couldn’t believe the size of the scoops this kid was able to put together. Nice friendly staff, clean, and reasonably priced. I ordered the Snickers IC and it was great!

This place is very good to my son and I. After he dropped his cone they replaced it for free. I like they give you samples. The bathrooms are clean. The store is clean and the staff is very nice. It’s funny they use my son’s picture as their Unilocal photo!

I’m a huge fan of this place. The customer service is always really excellent, even when it’s busy. The ice cream cakes are just excellent. They have tons of options (really well decorated!), and if they don’t have what you are looking for, they help you custom create a cake in any ice cream flavor. Hello Peanut Butter and Chocolate! :)

Came in on a busy Friday night and the service was quick and friendly, and they took my Morgan’s Deal voucher with no problems. We sat outside and listened to the live music coming from the restaurant across the parking lot.

1. Unclean and gross looking floors
2. Blonde male server was yawning away (read as yawning when scooping the ice cream in to the cup/​cone).
3. Apparently, the blonde male server dude was so sleepy that he didn’t really care that he skipped a customer and went straight to the next one on a busy Sunday afternoon
I’d give it 0 stars if I could.
I’d go towards Austin franchises from now on …
