My partner and I have been contemplating buying a new mattress for quite some time. With the President’s Day sales going on, we thought now is as good a time as any. While waiting for a nearby shop to open so our 13 month-​old could get a haircut, we walked over to Mattress Firm to do some browsing.
In our minds, we were going to price shop, get some useful information on the type of mattress that would benefit us both (I, with the hip pain and she with the overall restlessness of a very old pillow-​top mattress).
Luke greeted us as soon as we walked in. He wasn’t pushy, was very honest, as well as very knowledgeable.
We lied on a few, but as I pushed my son around in the stroller, I ended up in front of the showroom where all of the Tempurpedic mattresses are displayed. My partner was dead-​set against a Tempurpedic, initially, simply based on word of mouth. As Luke began explaining, this mattress is a get-​what-​you-​pay-​for kind of purchase. After explaining our sleep habits, our tendency to be hot-​natured, as well as our price point, we settled on Rhapsody Breeze king size mattress.
Luke, again, was very honest and stated the Tempurpedic never goes on sale (because they don’t have to). In that respect, he took care of us from a monetary standpoint with regard to mattress support, headboard, and delivery.
Never before and never again will my partner and I likely walk into a retail store expecting to browse a product and walk out of the store having spent a small fortune – and happy to do so!
We bought the mattress on a Saturday, and it was delivered the following Saturday. The two gentlemen who delivered were very courteous, set up our new mattress, and hauled away the other in less than 20 minutes!
I’d highly encourage anyone looking for a new mattress, but unsure of what type, to visit Luke; you won’t be disappointed!

Just bought a $ 3600.00 mattress from Mattress Firm #416. The salesman Perry was awesome and gave us a great deal. That’s about all I can say positive about this experience. The mattress was promised to us that day (Sunday) but apparently it turned out to not be in stock so we were pushed back for delivery on Wednesday. We were given a window of 7 to 10 PM and they weren’t kidding about the 10 PM time. The delivery guys, who were great, arrived at 10 as promised BUT they were given the wrong box spring to go with my mattress. The lateness of the hour left us no recourse but to try and correct the error in the morning and here is where the fun starts. I called the store to try and correct the error and had to explain to Allison the salesperson the difference between a king and a California king. Our mattress is a king and the California king box spring which was delivered are two different sizes. She stated she would look into it and call me back in 30 minutes.
After an hour of waiting I had to call her back because she got «Busy with customers» Guess I don’t qualify as a customer since they have my money already. Anyway, I asked Allison if we could get the proper box spring delivered today since I had already paid 70 bucks to have it delivered. I was told that the correct box spring wasn’t in stock and it couldn’t be delivered until… you guessed it between 7 and 10 PM the following day. I offered to bring the box spring back and pick up the new one myself. I still would have to wait until the following day. I would think for the kind of money I spent in their store they would be more than willing to make this right and go the distance to keep my business but that’s not the case. I have 2 more mattresses to buy for my new home. I will not be giving that business to Mattress Firm.

I just bought a TempurPedic Rhapsody Mattress here and the experience was awesome! Tremendous customer service by Dawn which was such a relief after the way i have been treated at Rooms To Go. After 2 defective mattresses from Rooms To Go and a no refund policy-​what a relief to get a 90 day guarantee and a smiling representative. Also at Rooms To go we had to wait weeks for a delivery and pay for it. Mattress firm provided same day delivery for Free!
I’m in love with my Tempur Pedic and in love with Mattress firm.
