The only way to write a review is to rate with at least one undeserving star. I had to ask the pee on supervisor if Pizza Hut had became a night club, there were several teenagers being teenagers (excessive noise and cursing).then they started twerking and sluting it up, then a bottle of vodka came out. okay so I informed the pee on supervisor his response was great he said that he never had seen the liquor and couldn’t do anything about the noise. I had called law enforcement and Officer Nunez of the Cathedral City police department said since the establishment sold beer, they were allowed to be drinking, wtf?. the pee on supervisor insisted that there was no wrong doing and would not ask the party to leave. He tried to appease me and my family with a f****** cookie lol. I f****** hate this place I’ll never go back its no longer a family environment.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. First off they took about an hour to deliver what I ordered then we get the order and it was cold, the wings were not boneless like I asked, then to top it off they weren’t even cooked all the way. So they said they would replace the whole box if I gave them the original. So after I waited another whole hour and a half they showed up with just have the wings!!! Didn’t even replace the whole box which was all cold. This place is a joke. Won’t ever order from them again.

I only eat pizza hut because I love the pan crust. I placed an order onlind on 2⁄1 way before the superbowl rush I even called and verified the order. Because they don’t have feta cheese I ordered half with no cheese, iwhen the pizza arrived I put on my own cheese then noticed specks of some sort of seasoning on the crust I asked for not flavor on my crust. So I called and spoke with this horrible manager that was rude I told him giving me another pizza is useless because I had used all my feta and they don’t have fetaI told him to take it back but I don’t want another one he hung up on me. poor customer service guess I won’t be going there again.

The assistant manager has no people skills My friend had a coupon for a free pizza due to previous poor service issue. Since it was more than 30 days, they weren’t going to honor it. Even though the coupon did not have an expiration date. He didn’t smile. There’s no waitress service and not even as much as a smile. I get better customer service at mcdonalds. There’s no air conditioning on and when I asked him to turn up the air please he got snappy with me. Never again.

Worst Customer Service ever.
I ordered a pizza online for carry out. I was told online that my pizza would be ready at 5:15 pm. I arrived at 5:15 pm. I was told it would be 30 minutes before my pizza was ready. (the place was nearly empty). I am very patient and understanding how a worker can get busy and forget. I went ahead and paid, and waited.
After 30 minutes with no pizza, I went up to the counter to ask about my order.
«oh, it is right here», says the lady … It had been sitting there ready but no one ever called my name or told me it was ready… it was barely warm … and it was cold by the time I got him. 5 minutes away. I had to put it back into my oven at home and cook it to heat it up. Wasted my time … ruined my dining experience. No more Pizza Hut for me.

Only came in for a carry out pizza. I was only in the place and I got amazing service. Didn’t have to ask for anything and was offered everything. Pizza was made quickly and tasted great. Very friendly workers.

I’ve been to this place many times and now they don’t have servers? That’s just annoying! Had to write down our order on my phone and go up to the counter and pay for an order I hadn’t even had yet. My sister had to carry a platter to our table with the cups and plates. Very disappointing. Pizza Hut has awesome food but terrible work ethics.

Horrible. First walked in & they said they had no servers that when we were ready we had to get up & order it ourselves. Every little change they charge. They didn’t have something we wanted and the lady taking our order said «well I can cancel your order.» Rude much right? Really bad service. Should have stuck to out first choice… UpperCrust

The worst experience. Our pizza’s were delivered 1hour and 15 min after we placed the order. We called 3 times to check on our order and they were very rude and brute. When we placed the order we where told 30 minutes. I could have driven and picked it up myself. The distance from my house to the location is only 1.7 miles. Will not order again!!!
Asked to speak to Manager he was not helpful at all. General Manager equally Rude!!! Incompetent people working, have no customer service skills. Not pleasant at all. This is your warning!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

Ordered a pizza for delivery. After an hour the pizza was delivered cold and the pizza was the wrong pizza.
I called and was put on hold for a long time. I hung up and called again and spoke to a manager and they said they would send out a new pizza.
Two minutes later I get a call from the manager telling me that the pizza was correct. I offered to send a photo of the pizza and then decided it wasn’t worth the issue.
The management has serious issues and does not have any customer service knowledge. To imply that your customers are lying and cannot tell when they receive an incorrect order is ridiculous.
I will never order from here again.

Dam I haven’t been to a pizza hut this good in over a decade. I don’t know if it was because it wasn’t busy when we came in but the pizza and wings were perfect. My definition of perfect pizza hut pizza is when the pan pizza has crunch. Both wings and pizza have this ding ding ding WINNER! You win! TKO!
