We went to this location after calling in an order. We’re told 15min… get there… no record of our order… we looked at my cell phone… its the right location at 7:25 pm … They asked what our order was… then informed us they could not make it anyway. Wow why was the order even taken? Where was our order? And no attempt to make up for it. Handled badly… I mean you have one girl sitting on a cell phone texting at the counter occasionally looking up. The others looking as they know who messed up but not saying anything… Thanks we walked out upset, hungry and empty handed… The epitome of bad customer service

They advertise two kinds of pizza under their«Hot-N-Ready» program. Again tonight, I went in for one of their $ 5 Hot-N-Ready” cheese pizzas. They only had pepperoni pizzas available. This happens over and over again at this location. It’s like false advertising. The pizza is good and tasty, but the«ready» when you walk in the door just isn’t happening.

I was asked as a child, «Where would you like to eat for your birthday?» «Little Caesars!» I would say. As a Graduate I said the same. I admit I have a problem. The Little Caesars grease is too good. 4⁄5 because the store is in front of a stinky sewer and they sometimes undercook the food(ask for«well-done» pizza, lol).

It might not be the most flavor-filled pizza, but at $ 5 for a large pepperoni, it is one of the best deals in the free world. It’s cheap, it’s easy, and I’m having leftovers for lunch; what more can you ask for?
