My husband and I called in to order some pizza and the staff was very helpful. They also let us know that they would call us when our pizzas were ready for our sons bday party! Pizzas were hot and made to order :) thanks staff

Average pizza. Average staff. Average wait time. I go here when I want cheap food for the kids. Even though they advertise cheese or pepperoni«hot n ready» for pick up, cheese is never ready. Have to wait 15 minutes for a plain cheese pizza. However, it’s faster than most pizza places.

This review is for the Little Caesars Pizza located at 1717 E Vista Chino in Palm Springs, a new store, and not listed here to review… I have been to this Little Caesars a couple of times. The first time a month ago, I walked in and placed an order and waited. I wanted to avoid the wait on my second visit, yesterday, and called my order in at 6:00PM. I was advised my order would be ready at 6:20PM. I arrived at 6:21PM to a huge line of people. At times the front door just stood open with people waiting to get into the store. 5 people in front of me also waiting to pay for orders they had called in. We had to wait behind other customers coming into the store and placing orders as walk ins. There was only one person running the cash registers(although, there are 3 registers). This employee was obviously about to explode. She was barking orders at employees behind her, my favorite — - an employee from the kitchen asked her a question and she screeches loudly«JUSTREADTHETICKET!» In the time I waited in line which was 16 minutes, I saw 2 customers come back with wrong food orders as well. Finally, I made it to the cash register… my turn! The woman brought out my nice COLD pizzas AND someone elses order as well, oops, «You didn’t order crazy bread did you?» —HMMMMM maybe she should have taken her own advice and«read the ticket». No, I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 of each dip sauce and 1– 2 liter bottle of Sierra Mist. SHe says ok, and gives me 2 dipping sauces asking me if ranch and buffalo was ok. I told her again, I want 1 of EACH of your dip sauces. She said she was confused cause her ticket had a number 2 on it. It took another 2 minutes to explain I wanted 1 each of the available dipping sauces… I even told the woman I would pay extra for the others, please get me out of here, I was thinking to myself! I had to tell her 4 times before the nickle dropped, then she had to ring me up twice because she did something wrong on the register or typing in the order, who knows… this is POOR customer service, and the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to in my life! OK, this isnt rocket science. It’s obvious the store is under poor management. I have never run a pizzaria before, BUT, I’m smart enough to know you staff up during busy hours, an extra cashier would have helped tremendously, one just to handle the phone in orders for pick up. O yeah, whats the child labor laws for this area??? I saw a child wearing a little caesars pizza shirt come out from the back of that kitchen carrying food. She couldn’t have been older then 12 or 13 years old, she was still in a training bra! This store needs some major help… My advice to the customer, get a Meatball sub from Subway nextdoor!!!

$ 5 hot pizzas ready for pick up? Yes please! The only thing is that we had to wait for the cheesy bread, and that seemed to take upwards of 20 minutes. womp womp womp. But the lady at the counter was nice and parking wasn’t an issue.(Then again, is it ever in Palm Springs??)

The service isn’t warmest and most welcoming, but they do an awesome job of getting your pizza made accurately and quickly for takeout. Little Caesar’s is value based– for between $ 5-$ 8, you get a pizza. It’s not the greatest pizza ever by any means, but it’s great if you just want a pizza with no gourmet frills. I’d happily skip Dominos or Pizza Hut for this place. If you’re having a party, you can get a bunch of large pepperoni pizzas for $ 5 each. All the better for when everyone gets drunk and«forgets» to contribute to the pizza fund!
