Amazing & super friendly staff. I was very impressed by the cake I specialty ordered. They did a phenomenal job!!! Another thing to note is the great meat & produce departments. Hands down, they provide the best selection in the Castle Rock area.

Staff is pleasant, I have never walked past one employee who didn’t smile, say hello and ask if I needed assistance finding anything. That alone wins for me. Sometimes the teens that are there can be surly, but they are dealing with hormones and that’s a lot. Glad this is my local store.

Bought some soup today and just happened to turn it over while putting the groceries away and realized that out of the three I purchased, two expired in June 2015 and the other expired in July 2014… unacceptable. I will no longer shop at this location.

Convenient and affordable. This is a well stocked location with a friendly staff. The pharmacy staff is helpful and quick when filling prescriptions. Check out is usually a breeze.

This store is convenient to our home and has a gas station which is a big plus. In general, I find the store layout to be odd and the aisles a bit tight at times… just barely wide enough for two carts to pass. The odd layout just means that people tend to be traveling every which way. There never seems to be a visit where I not almost running into someone because of the odd flow and oft tight aisles. Recently, they entirely repositioned their stock and changed the contents of a bunch of aisles. So, just when I had started to know which aisles were which, they changed them up. I hope this isn’t a frequent occurrence! I find all of the staff to be very pleasant. Only rarely have I encountered the disinterested teenage cashier. Although, I do prefer the self checkout counters of which there are a plentiful 6 stations. It’s a rare event you need to wait for one to open up.

I use to love coming to this store. The selection of good is great and has way more to offer than Safeway but the employees are just rude. It’s ran by a bunch of teens who don’t know what respect is. I cannot count All the different times I have gone in there and gotten the dirtiest looks. I was walking out once and the clerk told these people to have a good night I thought she was talking to me and I said thanks you too in which she replied I wasn’t talking to you! They lost a customer.

This King Soopers is better than the one off Founders Pkwy. This one has a gas station, which is great for rewards. Star. The products have never been out when I’ve been there. Star. Store is nicely organized. Star. Staff are«sooper» friendly. Star. King Soopers is more expensive than two other grocery stores in Castle Rock. Also this is at the top of founders?! It’s not a convenient grocery store. O well. :)

4x fuel points on Saturday and Sunday with King Sooper preload card! I love this King Soopers. Everyone is very knowledgeable about their departments and they layout is open and the produce is so fresh; unlike the downtown King Soopers.

The store’s employees are generally friendly and the store does seem well-managed. The selection of organic produce is less than stellar, though, and as a general rule you are not going to find much of a choice when it comes to food that does not contain harmful additives like high fructose corn syrup and the like. The store also needs to carry more«no-salt-added» staples such as tomato sauces, beans, and the like. I also have been bothered by the tendency of employees to smoke in front of the store while on their break. Colorado law forbids it, I think, and in any event the experience of walking toward the front entrance while passing people who are engaging in such a disgusting habit makes a terrible impression. King Soopers can surely tell employees that smoking on the premises is not only unlawful, if within a certain distance of the entry or by minors, but also that it reflects poorly on the business. There is a table on the south side of the store’s exterior, near the southeast corner of the building, that is frequently littered, as is the ground under and near it. This, too, makes a terrible impression as it indicates little regard for the aesthetic appearance of the store’s surroundings and a failure to recognize that the area’s usual wind will blow that trash all over the parking lot and surrounding land. The parking lot at this store is also dangerous. Many visitors drive through it at high speed and there is no signage warning drivers that pedestrians are moving through the lot on the way to or from the store, including children. In addition, the exit onto Ridge Road at the south border of the store property has no traffic light, which frequently causes a significant risk of collisions as visitors to the store try to get into or out of the parking lot via that access point.

I have had nothing but issues with this store and it’s management team. They seem to have no idea of how to run a retail grocery store. I’m surprised they even know how to turn on the lights… oh yeah, the lights don’t shut off since it’s 24hrs. Lucky break for them. My advice, pick another store or better yet… go to walmart, they treat their employees better(and that’s not saying much).

The Pharmacy Manager at this King Soopers is Awful I live down the block and she always has a problem filling my medication, then I take it to the King Soopers down on Founders and they fill my meds. Really lady, I think she’s either racist or just dont like me. Either way BEWAREOFTHEPHARMACYVERYRUDEANDNOCUSTOMERSERVICE

With 3 King Soopers in Castle Rock, I go out of my way to head to this location because of the service. The other two stores just don’t compare!

I love this king soopers! Everything is well stocked, clean, and they have fast and friendly staff at check out. I am always greeted and asked if I need help if I run across a staff member in the aisles.

This is my neighborhood store, and I really like to shop here. The aisles are never too busy –perhaps because it’s off the beaten path if you don’t live in Castlewood Ranch or Founder’s Village. The store is always well stocked and clean, the staff friendly, and there is rarely a wait for the self checkout. Bonus: They have gas pumps on site so when you earn that 10-cent discount, you don’t have far to go to use it!
