This subway is the worst. Service is SOSLOW. You can be third in line and it takes 30 min. The kids that work here are all morons that clearly don’t care about their job at all. And 90% of the workers can barely speak/understand english. Seems like someone bought the franchise and then hired all their dumb relatives out of obligation. Not to mention the food, the lettuce is usually brown, tomatoes are never ripe, hard bread, hard cookies, etc. Find another subway if you’re looking for good service or food. This subway is so close to my house but I’d rather drive twice as far than to have to deal with the people here.

When I want a subway sandwich & I request toasted I don’t want to repeat myself 5 times then be told I should have said«Toasted». A significant language barrier exists over a hastily served sandwich. I’ll head down the hill to the other location.

Walked in and every member of the staff is on their phones, nobody says hi, and every I’m talking literally every table was dirty. Floor dirty. Restroom dirty. Sandwich was the same as every subway across the U.S. It’s a franchise, but they really need to work on cleanliness.

«Thank you» and«please» is rare. Also rare is a sense customer appreciation. The food is standard subway fare. The real advantage is location(tho satellite plaza parking lot is tight). Average Douglas County subway cleanliness. Staff wears gloves with food prep. Don’t hesitate to have them wash their hands if they sneeze or cough out otherwise contaminate their hands or gloves. Most of us have had food poisoning of some degree; these folks make me a bit nervous. remember, you have no idea what they were doing before you walked in. watch them.

This is disappointing because this Subway is right down the road from where I live. The last few times that I’ve been in I noticed that the prices were higher than other Subway locations and an employee admitted to me when I asked why that the owner raised the prices again because he wasn’t getting enough business. Now where I come from, that is not how you build a regular business. That is how you lose customers. And this location is like many other Subway locations — several hand-made signs saying — this is extra, you can’t have that, no free refills, etc. Frankly that is why I don’t eat at this location anymore. Sorry, take some basic business and marketing classes.
